Worst customer service. I ordered chicken teriyaki before leaving the mall. Got home to eat it and the chicken was not done, pink and goeey. So I decided to try to cook it some more before driving all the way back to the mall. Well, that didn’t help at all. So I drove all the way back to the mall, explained what happened and I can not believe the attitude and continuous push back I recieved on how I ordered it an hour ago and it looked fine. The looks they gave me. They way she slammed and pushed my food down the line and rushed me to get it (with a customer in front of me) The only reason I’m didn’t push back is because I knew that’s what they expected and wanted. I smiled, got my food and immediately ran to make this review!

If I could give it a -0 I would. Almost choked on a metal piece from the the platter I bought , called noone picks up , called management and still noone sai anything to me .. disgusted

Overall terrible customer service and odd behaving staff. Everything was very cold- as chicken and rice had sat in a pile 2 feet high off the flat top. Disgusting. Took food right back and let others know in line it was trash.

The Sarku Japan in this mall was a lot different from the Sarku Japan establishments that I've been to in the past. The word that comes to mind when describing the food in this mall is terrible. It did not meet my expectations at all based on my past experiences at other Sarku Japan restaurants. The noodles were thin for one thing, and I had to wait so long for the second dish that the first dish was already growing cold. It was a waste of my time and money.
