When chick shack originally opened, I visited it and thought it was terrific. Add my last visit. It seems like the quality has seriously deteriorated. I don't plan to return.

We were with friends and got seven burgers, four fries, and three milkshakes. Surprisingly, the food came really fast and was also pretty warm. The burger patties were really well cooked and the toppings were perfect. Also, the Christmas Cookie milkshake was sweet and had a good flavor. Their one flaw are the french fries, but this time, they were tasting pretty fresh and weren't that bad. Shake Shack always hits perfectly and it wasn't completely different from the last time we went to there, but it was still a good experience.

The restaurant was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I ordered at the kiosk then proceeded to the bathroom to wash my hands. Bathroom was clean with plenty of soap and paper towels. Staff brought my food to my table and the order was correct and delicious. A great experience.
They didn’t update my pick up order and I sat in my car waiting for 40 minutes and called twice with no answer. 25 minutes past the latest pick up time. I am sick so wanted to be considerate not to go in too soon and be waiting around inside. My milkshake was melted, food cold and they only offered to remake my shake asker I asked and not the rest. I love shake shack- this one was not impressive

I want to take a minute to thank the staff and manager, Imran, for their excellect service at the Princeton location. Traveling with a large group can be difficult, and Imran made the process so easy and did so with kindness. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here.
