Food was bland and boring. Got a half and half strawberry lemonade iced tea and it just tasted like strawberry water. Chicken sandwich was very dry and flavorless. Burger was spongy and just tasted like a picked a salt block.

Really solid experience from start to finish 👏✨ You can tell the food is made fresh — nothing felt like it was sitting around waiting. 🍽️🔥 The dining area was spotless, from the tables to the condiment station, which I always appreciate. 🧼✨ Lots of seating choices inside, plus outdoor options when the weather isn’t freezing ❄️➡️🌤️ Parking was a breeze with plenty of space available. 🚗🙌

This was my first time eating @ Shake Shack. Someone had given me comp cards, so I decided to check them out. The fries were so hot and fresh, I ate them without ketchup, something that I almost never do. I ordered a basic burger that was very good as well, but, the portions are small and it's expensive. I have a few more comp cards and after I use those, I doubt I'll go again. Between the portion size and the price I would've paid without the comp cards, I don't see it as worth it. Also, it's INSANE that the fries have to be bought separately; it should come WITH the burger!!
My food was good and the young guys who were working that day had great customer service; they were fast and made sure I had everything I needed. I wish I'd thought to look @ their name tags, but shout out to them for doing their jobs well. None of the issues I mentioned are on them, obviously.

The burgers here are great. Occasionally I had to take my burger back because it’s even not well done or too greasy the kids. There were very hard. However, the manager is hot mess rude disrespectful, and his name is Thomas . First of all, it ain’t cheap eating out however I don’t mind spending on what I like. I’ve been going there for years. I went there after I came from out of town. Couldn’t wait to get there and I gave pacific instructions to the young lady which was a beautiful young lady. She took the instructions when I got my burger and had too much shack sauce. It made my bread very wet and it tore the bread I went To have them to do whatever they were suggesting, and the manager came over there and he didn’t try to see what was going on. He came over there to argue with And be rude and obnoxious way he didn’t think I picked up on it, but I told him that I will not be returning to that establishment as much as I love going there for the burgers I will not be coming back Because of his rude behavior
