Nice staff, clean facility. Easy to miss the entrance. Would be nice to have more condiments but this may be Shake Shack in general, not just this location.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the burgers and the chocolate shake. The burger was thin and contained a lot of gristle. The shake had a very strange aftertaste to it. Almost like they used Hershey syrup to make the chocolate shake. I won't be going back.

When chick shack originally opened, I visited it and thought it was terrific. Add my last visit. It seems like the quality has seriously deteriorated. I don't plan to return.

We were with friends and got seven burgers, four fries, and three milkshakes. Surprisingly, the food came really fast and was also pretty warm. The burger patties were really well cooked and the toppings were perfect. Also, the Christmas Cookie milkshake was sweet and had a good flavor. Their one flaw are the french fries, but this time, they were tasting pretty fresh and weren't that bad. Shake Shack always hits perfectly and it wasn't completely different from the last time we went to there, but it was still a good experience.

The restaurant was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I ordered at the kiosk then proceeded to the bathroom to wash my hands. Bathroom was clean with plenty of soap and paper towels. Staff brought my food to my table and the order was correct and delicious. A great experience.
