Order a drink via mobile and took over 25 min. When I asked 15 min into the order the employee tells me that they are little behind and the ticket probably is not printed. Another 10 min goes by and she finally asks if the drink was made and it was and someone took it. All she said was they are making another one right now and THATS ALL THEY CAN DO…. Not even apology from anyone. No wonder I don’t come here anymore. Their service just gets worse and worse every year.

The second time I’ve received awful service at this Starbucks location. Ordered a tall Americano. You’re not allowed to add your own cream or sweetener for some reason, so you have to rely on staff. Asked for cream when I ordered. Waited for 5 minutes in the near empty Starbucks, when my name was called to pick up my drink. If there was any cream in there, it was barely visible., also the cup was filled to the brim. Went back up to ask for some cream. Baristo very put out with my request and asked “ that’s not enough cream?” I said no, he added a tiny bit more, causing the cup to overflow. I asked him to pour the whole thing in a larger cup with a bit more cream. He then poured it into a cup twice the original size and proceeded to passive aggressively fill the rest of the cup with milk. So I had a tepid, milky, over priced Americano served with contempt. I’m generally not a Starbucks fan to begin with, so this just sealed the deal.

Visited today on 911 order 2 sweet cream. Vanilla Ice brew coffee with charge $7 and something for each one for extra cream and vanilla did not get the extra cream or the vanilla and the guy. The young gentleman behind the counter. Tried to give me water down coffee when his coffee machine ran out and he just added hot coffee to it if I didn't say anything. He would've just gave it to me very disappointing.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. I work in Princeton and live in PA. The ppl who work must hate their job. They always have attitudes (most of them). This starbucks is NOT BUSY compared to where I live. They need to learn how to speak to customers.

I go to this place frequently for lunch as it is down the road from me. Usually there is no problem but today is the 2nd time I have received a COLD croissant for 5$. It is listed as warmed and is always warmed unless the customer asks for it not to be. It is extremely disappointing to come to Starbucks during my lunch break as a teacher, and receive a cold croissant that I can no longer eat or enjoy. It make me not want to come back for awhile. I’d rather wait in the drive through then be given a cold, hard, croissant.

Today, at 3/10/25 at 9:30 am we went to get some coffee and a dragon drink. This is the best experience we have ever had at any Starbucks. The staff that was working were very sweet and friendly. The drinks were fantastic and you could tell that they put much love into making the drinks…. This is a shout out to the staff!!!

The o my reason I'm coming back is to spend out my gift cards. Asked for a drinkable temperature hot chocolate (usually about 120 degrees) and received a hot chocolate that was cooler than bath water. Asked for extra whipped cream, received a scant amount of whipped cream. The first two baristas are dismissive and seemed annoyed by my presence. The last barista was helpful and got us what we needed and pretended to care.
