I can’t say much for the atmosphere because we stopped here on the way back home after a pretty long ride so we went through the drive thru. We love Starbucks and frequent our local shops, but whoever made the caramel Frappuccino on Monday, May 20th around 2pm—it was easily one of the best I’ve had in a while. Drive thru was pretty quick too.
Okay, I don't know what happened to this Starbucks. Usually when I come in everyone is so friendly and the drinks are to standard. Maybe today was an off-day but the employees were all standing around on their phones and my pink drink didn't have the strawberries in it even though I saw the strawberries sitting on the counter wrapped up- so they were just too lazy to take the plastic wrap off and scoop it in the drink- got it. The bathroom was filthy and blood was on...
The only reason I ranked it 3 stars is because they’re incredibly inconsistent with their drive thru hours. If they were consistent with opening the drive thru at the same time everyday then I’d come here more often on my commute to work.
