My experience here, the last several times, have been disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. Today, I placed a simple order, and part of it was missing when I received it. When I called the store, to confirm if they had the other missing item, I was met with indifference and no effort to make it right. The girl who answered the phone, instead of being sympathetic, had an attitude. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered, especially when the service lacks any courtesy or accountability. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The individuals that are employed at this store, are very unprofessional on both the phone and in person. They act as if it's a bother to have to serve you, and do their job.

To the woman in the drive thru who took my order today. Customer service isn’t for you. I came around 12:07 and you were rude from beginning to end. I was going to drive off and go to Dunkin but I stayed…I even said “thank you” for my drink and you didn’t even try to reply back, you simply turned around and walked off. If you’re having a bad day it’s ok but don’t take it off on the customers. Please start hiring people who have better Custer service. This isn’t it.

I ordered my coffee without ice and they couldn't fill it because they left the space that maybe the ice had. I received terrible service because I'm paying for that, nothing is free, and it gave a very bad presentation. And I must say that it is not the first time I have bought coffee like this and they always give it to me well, they fill it up and they have been more kind to me.

Is it possible to speed this up? Waiting 18 minutes is unacceptable! I can make this at home in much less time. As a former Starbucks employee, I am seriously disappointed in how this location fails to provide the fast service that the brand is known for. Nothing has changed, and frankly, nothing will unless corporate steps in and addresses these issues.

The staff is a major concern—there's an older white woman at the drive-thru and register who is consistently rude, and another employee with brown skin who wears her hair in a bun, showing the same attitude. If you don’t like me, that’s fine; I’m not here for friendship but for the items I paid for. Throwing my money on the counter instead of handing it to me is completely disrespectful.

I have yet to respond to rudeness with rudeness, but I won't lower myself to that level. I am above it. This post has been a long time coming, and I plan to report this to corporate. It's time for a change.

Ordered through the drive thru, no mannerisms of the staff was told “you sure can have that” with an attitude. I pulled up received my drink and there was no writing, no sticker, no receipt on the cup. This was not what I ordered at all. The woman’s name was cecelina I believe, but regardless was very careless and not friendly one bit and gave me the wrong order. Will be going to the other Starbucks in town.

I like this starbies for lounging and it feels like a cozy corner to sit and relax almost every time I visit the store.

Bathrooms are always clean. People working are always in a pretty positive mood. People float in and out and the place churns out a good cup of dark roast coffee.

After reading the other reviews, I’m glad I’m not the only one who consistently had issues at this location. Drinks are always off in the morning so I started going in the afternoon, then I just started doing water completely assuming they can not mess up food but that also became an issue… the positive is: the staff is very nice!! Lisa always makes sure I’m ok and she actually remembers my face at times. That’s greatly appreciated when Starbucks probably has hundreds of customers daily. In the morning lately, Nas is always kind and makes sure my drink is perfect before I pull off. I wish I knew the names of the girlies that work in the afternoon they are always sweet. Trash quality but good staff in my opinion.

I usually love coming here for my drink and have never had an issue before. However, during my visit on November 19, 2024, I encountered a small problem. The staff member at the drive-through with short red dreads was a bit rude. I understand we all have off days, so I tried to overlook it.
I’m allergic to citrus and specifically requested a water-based drink, but I received one with lemonade instead. When I returned to the store, I was impressed with how the situation was handled. The team members present, particularly the girl at the register and another with light brown hair who had her hair in a bun, were incredibly nice and understanding. They quickly remade my drink and showed genuine concern for my allergy.
Overall, I appreciate the excellent service from the staff who stepped in to resolve the issue. They turned my experience around, and I’m grateful for their professionalism.

My sister who has the whole collection of all red cups had a horrible experience at this location, 1st the staff was nasty & rude which is very rare , we always have delightful experiences at other locations , the girls acted like a McDonald's cahier when u ask for an extra sauce for your nuggets , is not coming out your pockets, my sister ordered 2 holiday drinks and was given 1 red cup, she kindly asked for another 1 for my nephew to give to his teacher and was almost attacked at 6 in the morning??? Starbucks we have to do better or the staff at this location has to do better, please be professional, these drinks are not cheap eaither , i went to a Starbucks on red cup day on Whitehorse, it was a brand new location, my sister was working, i was not so i went for my sister because again she has all red cups from Starbucks i waited for a long time , and the girl was amazingly nice and gave me a red cup and i didn't ask for one, so that behavior my sister endured was unnecessary and i will always remember that nice beautiful young lady who was happy at work and on red cup day sha gave holiday cheer which what christmas is about .. not like these grinches at this location

I had a disappointing experience on Red Cup Day at this location. I ordered two holiday drinks with the intention of getting a cup for my son to gift to his teacher—a gesture he was excited about. However, I was told I could only receive one cup per order. While I understand store policies, the way this situation was handled left a lot to be desired.
The barista’s attitude at 6:30 in the morning was unnecessarily rude, which only added negativity to an already frustrating situation. A little kindness and understanding could have made a significant difference—not just for me, but for my son and his teacher as well. Instead, the experience left us feeling disappointed and disheartened.
I recognize how busy and stressful Red Cup Day can be, but a positive attitude and willingness to help customers go a long way. I hope the staff here can reflect on this and strive to create better experiences in the future.

Today I went for the red cup promotion and ordered two large seasonal drinks and they didn't give me the red cups and the person who served me was not friendly. If the promotion is not available there should be something that says it. I had a bad time because I was waiting for the promotion.
