I dont know who made my Caramel Ribbon Crunches today but they were gross. Didn't taste any caramel or coffee. Pretty sure it was just coffee blended in ice.

I agree with other reviews. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte last week and it was not good at all. I asked them to add more flavor or something to fix it, they attempted and it still was not good. I had to go to the Starbucks on Main Street or Mercer One to get the correct taste. It’s ashame because this location is more convenient but $5-$7 a cup I might as well get it where I am certain it will be good. Other than that, I have never had a bad experience customer service wise. They aren’t as professional as the other locations. Still, no complaints.

A great location right on route 1 at close to other shops.. We had been to urban air and was craving a coffee. .. thankfully we had a Starbucks the same place . Lots and lots of parking available… service was good and quick. Drive-through was available and was considerably quicker than other locations…

We had brown sugar, Cortado with oat milk, and it was really good .. They can never go wrong with the Cortado… frozen Frappuccino was ok. Regular coffee was good too. Slightly pricey but good for the price : we liked it overall. 4 stars . ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø

The service is fine and the workers are always very friendly- my issue is that the ingredients in the drinks i get at this location are almost never proportioned properly. Especially the matcha, which never seems to be blended and is always very clumpy. I just got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew that is almost entirely milk. I’ve been going to a slightly further location sometimes because the drinks always come out better :(

Summer the manager was unprofessional. I asked for 2 coffees xtra cream xtra sugar and got regular coffees mind you I waited for 3 minutes in the drive thru so I opened coffees and asked the girl of this looks xtra cream and she didn’t respond so I asked for a manager and the manager summer came over acting professional but was not really professional I asked her does this look like xtra cream to you and because I didn’t specifically say how many cream and
Sugars I wanted because I don’t what xtra is to them she can’t make it you can’t double the amount you normally put in. Unprofessional the attitude I was given

I went with my family to share a coffee, and everything was horrible, from the coffee to the customer service. I never give negative reviews, but this time the Starbucks chain completely disappointed me. I wasted my $22 and my time.

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! The drinks were perfect, the store was clean, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. A special shoutout to Niera she went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right and had such a friendly, positive attitude. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. She made my visit 10/10!

My experience here, the last several times, have been disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. Today, I placed a simple order, and part of it was missing when I received it. When I called the store, to confirm if they had the other missing item, I was met with indifference and no effort to make it right. The girl who answered the phone, instead of being sympathetic, had an attitude. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered, especially when the service lacks any courtesy or accountability. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The individuals that are employed at this store, are very unprofessional on both the phone and in person. They act as if it's a bother to have to serve you, and do their job.

To the woman in the drive thru who took my order today. Customer service isn’t for you. I came around 12:07 and you were rude from beginning to end. I was going to drive off and go to Dunkin but I stayed…I even said ā€œthank youā€ for my drink and you didn’t even try to reply back, you simply turned around and walked off. If you’re having a bad day it’s ok but don’t take it off on the customers. Please start hiring people who have better Custer service. This isn’t it.

I ordered my coffee without ice and they couldn't fill it because they left the space that maybe the ice had. I received terrible service because I'm paying for that, nothing is free, and it gave a very bad presentation. And I must say that it is not the first time I have bought coffee like this and they always give it to me well, they fill it up and they have been more kind to me.
