I was really looking forward to visiting this bakery considering all the hype it's received on social media. I enjoyed my sticky bun. I ordered a cranberry muffin but received a chocolate chip one and it tasted fine. My husband said his scone was just okay. And my 8 year daughter did not like her croissant and only ate half of it. In her words, "It's the bready type, not the flaky type." Overall, it's fine as a bakery, but it's not at the same...
You really go above and beyond for your customers, it's clear you genuinely care about their experience. I love the personalized service I get here, it feels like shopping with a friend. I always feel welcomed and valued when I come here. Again, thank you for all you do for our community and creating my morning smiles.
Service is amazing. The manager is always there and is more than happy to provide advice on what you might like. Staff are all courteous and SUPER friendly. The Trenton Volcano is a must try as is the strawberry macha tea cake!
