It took a long time to find a place that made comfort food & Zara's Restaurant is a place whose food is delicious and flavorful & pleasantly reminds me of home. Having lost both my parents, we tend to long for my mum's cooking & Zara's Restaurant & its beautiful owner, Ms. Kausar, truly delivers on that front & satiates that longing for home-cooked deliciousness that truly warms the heart.

I’ve been dining at Zara restaurant since it opened 3 years ago and I have never had a bad dish. I have their chicken seekh kebabs every time and it’s delicious every single time. And I must have been here at least 50 times. Their food is always a hit, and not to mention the location is very clean and a family friendly environment for our kids. And the staff are always so accommodating, the owners are so lovely to us each time. This is our go to restaurant so much so that sometimes I consider it our second home.

Zara Restaurant has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat. The customer service is top-notch—everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. The ambience is warm and inviting, perfect whether you’re coming for a casual dinner or a family night out.

Celebrated my son’s first birthday here, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The lady managing our event was so kind and accommodating! She gave us a whole private space to decorate, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our guests.

As always, the food was absolutely delicious, authentic Pakistani cuisine with amazing flavors. The ambience was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a family gathering. Everything felt clean, cozy, and festive, which is exactly what we hoped for.

Highly recommend Zara’s for anyone looking to host an event or simply enjoy great food with even better service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our family recently placed a catering order with Zara Restaurant, and we were extremely disappointed with the experience. The food arrived late, and when it finally came, everything was cold, bland, and poorly prepared. Several dishes tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for hours before delivery.
Since this order was meant for a family gathering, it was especially upsetting. The presentation was messy, portions were uneven, and nothing matched what we had expected based on the menu. When we reached out to the restaurant to express our concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
Our family had high hopes for Zara Restaurant, but this was a major letdown. We won’t be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend their catering service to anyone.

Horrible customer service — when you order huge packages the food quality does not match the value/price. Recommended a friend to go here prior to realizing this and the entire batch of food was gritty and they are hostile when it comes to feedback. SMH

If I could give 0 stars, I would! The kebobs were gritty, with specs of sand/dirt. It wasn’t just one piece either.. ALL OF THEM HAD IT! We ordered a large pan which was over priced, and were dissatisfied to say the least. The biryani is basic as well. My stomach started to hurt the next day… I will not order nor cater again!

Unfortunately, our recent experience at Zara was very disappointing.
Not only did the food fall short of expectations, but the owners also responded poorly when we tried to share our feedback.
We’ve catered from Zara many times in the past for Eid, birthdays, and a baby shower and always enjoyed supporting them. However, this time was completely different. The kebabs had sand, and the biryani was not up to their usual standard. When we brought our concerns to management, we were dismissed and spoken to disrespectfully instead of being heard.
It’s unfortunate to see how much has changed under the new management. This restaurant used to be a thriving spot for authentic Indian cuisine, and as a former employee, it’s disappointing to see the decline.
We truly hope the management takes customer feedback seriously moving forward, but unfortunately, we will not be returning.
