This place is not good enough to be so high priced. Tacos were dry and bland. And when I tried to get a side of sauce from the menu to make them palatable they couldn’t figure out what I was asking. And they still charged me for the sauce! Unless you go somewhere with authentic street tacos you should just stick to Taco Bell

Ordered a naked burrito, basically a bowl of rice, veggies, no meat at all. I asked for a side of 4oz Queso Cheese and no drink. $17.47 ? The menu online says 4oz is 2.50 so I was charged double. And then the queso was like soup. Not Cheese, I don't really know what happened there. Watery sauce. My expectations weren't even that high to begin with, I just wanted something vegetarian,... what's disheartening is the price you pay for the actual quality of food doesnt match up, at all. You can go to Chipotle or other like businesses and be out the door easily under $14 and the food quality is great. I'm sorry, I don't like to leave bad reviews and the positive to the experience was the girl that helped me was very nice, she smiled and was friendly.
Vegetarian options: Basically there isn't soy based meat here which is what other Mexican chains do at this point. You can get Veggie burritos, they do have grilled Veggies but that's the only option.

I ordered nachos last night and I can honestly say they were the worst nachos I've ever eaten. I would have been better off ordering from Moe's.They were cold, the cheese wasn't melted at all, and there was way too much guac and sour cream.Cold, soggy, nachos with unmelted cheese -- not exactly what I was going for.This place used to be amazing. I used to eat here all the time in 2016 when my husband used to work at the mall and I have no idea what happened in between then and now.Will never order from here again.

I would travel like I have 1 hour to visit zona fresca the tastiest and filling Chicken burrito I have had in New Jersey. Also the times I had eaten at zona fresca was enhanced by one staff member I don’t know her name but when I asked about the juices they have I saw one visit there was no pina colada on the counter. She said no problem it is on our refrigerator in back and brought out a cup with the pina colada. She smiled a lot and was very gracious. The best place if you are shopping at the mall at Quakerbridge. The store has a separate area for hot sauces and picante. Kevin

Got chicken tacos, the most dry, bland, overcooked meat I've ever had in a taco. Even the offered sauces couldn't help this stuff. Counter staff was pleasant, kitchen staff was slow. I don't regularly go to this mall but I'm in the area a few times a year, and I'll be eating from the other food court options in the future.

Ordered one of their burritos. It was really good testing and chips that came with it was really fresh. The Salsas are really good testing as well. I would say best testing and quality Mexican food in the area. Can't wait to try again soon.

Completely messed up my order. Claimed they don’t use Uber eats. Kept asking if I ordered from the NJ location when I called. There is no NJ location. Absolutely horrible. I have been a loyal customer for years. No more & I will be getting a refund from Uber Eats.

Recently tried this place. Ordered Bean cheese burrito, veggie cheese quesadilla, corn on the cob and grilled veggie burrito. All of them were excellent. We will definitely come back here again!
Was here with a friend. Not what all the hype is about this place. Waitresses were very rude but I figured they were having a bad day but the whole atmosphere was terrible. Food is subpar too. Will never spend my money or time here again

I thought I was getting real tacos but instead I got something that looked like Taco Bell. What ever reason they assumed I wanted the “gringo taco” because I don’t look Hispanic. The horchata was subpar. If you are Hispanic stay away from here! You will be disappointed. Never again!!!!
