Had a great experience at this location. Convenient location and welcome staff. If you are in a rush, ordering online is definitely a great option and it is available at this location. You can really tell that the owner takes a good care of the place, it's clean and organized. The parking lot may get very hectic so pay close attention crossing the street. I ordered a croissant with sausage egg and cheese and two orders of hash browns. I was the only one in the establishment and they still managed to burn everything. They and tried to pass it off to me as edible because they knew I was taking the bag to go. When I called they knew exactly why I was calling but acting like it was a mistake. Disgusting disgusting disgusting!
I can see why the Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins thing isn't working out after visiting here. If you're going to run one of these places, and you have to rely on 16-year-olds to staff the place, at least make sure they understand cleanliness. This place is filthy. Ice cream cases are caked with frost, the glass is dirty. Poor selection of flavors. The ice cream tasted old, and had chunks of ice crystals in it.
