My first cake order online the store never recieved and I was charged. I had to cancel payment via my bank as the store had no record of my order even with my order number. I figured its not the locations fault so I tried again and placed a custom cake order for jamoca almond fudge and chocolate cake. I recieved a cake with confetti cake and chocolate ice cream. Just was disappointed and dont know how order could be so far off.

I really wanted to enjoy my visit because the employees were genuinely so friendly and welcoming, truly great customer service. But I have to be honest about the cleanliness concerns I experienced. The container my ice cream came in had visible dust on it, and I ended up finding a long hair in my ice cream. After eating it, my stomach felt a little off, which made me even more uneasy.

It’s disappointing because the staff themselves were wonderful, but the sanitation issues made it hard to enjoy the experience. I hope management addresses the cleanliness so this location can really shine the way it deserves to.

Worst service. Guy stares at you like he’s high and has no clue to be happy - no pints or quarts fresh packed. How the hell?? Too lazy to scoop them so they only sell you the pre packed ones? Or too lazy to order the supplies. What a waste of store. Everything looks very old and stale btw. Beware buying anything

Worst business ever. They always close anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes early. The guy will be staring at you and not open the door even though they have an open sign and he’s in there. The sign says OPEN and the door is locked. They run out of ice cream ALL OF THE TIME. Skip this place and go to a different ice cream store. The worst customer service ever and the place is a total dive.

Be careful ordering cakes from here. This is what I purchased compared to what I received. Very disappointed, especially after spending nearly $50. The least they could have done is decorate with the right colors!!

No sauces no toppings no waffle cones no shakes no sundaes :-( lol huh

Went here to get some ice cream. The flavor I choose was freezer burned and it was semi solid and for $8.00 I expected better ?

AVOID!! Tried to order a custom cake with only WHITE frosting. Even added it to special instructions. Somehow they can’t read and added pink frosting all over.

I can’t believe that I came here and couldn’t get a Quart of pistachio almond ice cream because they don’t have the Quart container to put it in. Just unbelievable, not everyone eats the prepackaged flavors that you guy’s made, it’s very unfortunate that I drove all the way down here for nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED WITH THIS LOCATION AND BASKIN ROBBINS‼️‼️

Worst store ever. They never have any flavor, the icecream tubs are empty. There is one employee serving both sides with no knowledge of the promotion they offer. Yesterday i was there n the employee told me that the Manager namebis Heena.

Heena, you should sell your BR franchise to someone else who can handle the store better

I reached the store before closing time 8pm but the store was closed for cleaning and was told they are closed. Why have store timings say until 8 pm when the store closes before that. It would help customers if it says 7:30 or 7:45 when the store is actually closing for service. It will save people time and inconvenience!

Vey bad experience at this place. Ordered a icecream cake online and only to arrive at the store realizing that they didn’t make the cake. Very disappointed!
