Went here to get some ice cream. The flavor I choose was freezer burned and it was semi solid and for $8.00 I expected better ?

AVOID!! Tried to order a custom cake with only WHITE frosting. Even added it to special instructions. Somehow they can’t read and added pink frosting all over.

I can’t believe that I came here and couldn’t get a Quart of pistachio almond ice cream because they don’t have the Quart container to put it in. Just unbelievable, not everyone eats the prepackaged flavors that you guy’s made, it’s very unfortunate that I drove all the way down here for nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED WITH THIS LOCATION AND BASKIN ROBBINS‼️‼️

Worst store ever. They never have any flavor, the icecream tubs are empty. There is one employee serving both sides with no knowledge of the promotion they offer. Yesterday i was there n the employee told me that the Manager namebis Heena.

Heena, you should sell your BR franchise to someone else who can handle the store better

I reached the store before closing time 8pm but the store was closed for cleaning and was told they are closed. Why have store timings say until 8 pm when the store closes before that. It would help customers if it says 7:30 or 7:45 when the store is actually closing for service. It will save people time and inconvenience!

AVOID THIS STORE! Don’t ever order cake from this store. They never deliver. We ordered a cake for my kids birthday, and they told me they didn’t make it when I went pick up. What’s worst was that the manager, Heena, only told us that she could refund us, but there was no compensation at all. My son had to have a birthday party without the cake he waited for the whole year! AVOID THIS STORE!

Avoid. I would strongly recommend NOT going to this location. The customer service is horrible. A staff member ruined a preordered $43 ice cream cake , didn’t tell us, got caught, then told me, “not sure what else I’m supposed to do about it”. We had to settle for something else. We wrote about the disappointment to Baskin Robbin’s. The Management/Franchise Owner called me and told me it was essentially my fault for taking a replacement so there is no refund. There was no ownership about their mistake and seemed to honestly not care. I’ll never go back.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. They took my order, took my money, then CHANGED the cake to a different design and color WITHOUT CONTACTING ME - and now the store manager and owner REFUSE to compensate me. Not even a free pint of ice cream for the kids!!!! I was told to either WAIT for a new cake to be made (which would be too late as the party is today) or leave with nothing. I will never come back to this location. Not for ice cream, not for coffee, not for anything. After reading all these reviews, anyone who still goes to this location should be checked for mental issues. I can only hope the same treatment is given to the owner of this store when the opportunity arises.
