Everyone at this location acts like they absolutely hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else. Customer-facing roles should be filled by people who actually want to interact with customers. They can’t even fold burritos properly — they’re always falling apart, then they try to double wrap them and still mess it up, and somehow the solution is offering an empty bowl. If I wanted a bowl, I would’ve ordered one.
This is a constant issue at this location. There’s zero effort or care put into making the food, and the overall vibe is that customers are an inconvenience.

I went there for lunch today, 12/10/2025, I ordered burrito bowls with steak. the brown rice was not cooked well enough. The core of the rice grained were still raw and hard. I had to trash most of the brown rice. That is how bad it was.

They fell off. My chips were burnt, the cashier tried to upsell me a large bag & I declined. Glad I did because they were burnt or the grease was bad. The line worker debated with me when I asked for a wrap, she said we don’t have wraps we have burritos. It’s the same thing & you know what I mean. I used to work here many years ago. It’s just not the same. I also had to repeat my order multiple times. That crew couldn’t handle a rush crowd at all. They also didn’t have Honey chipotle chicken, the meat was old and dry .

If your time says it’s open till 10PM, why It was closed at 9.15PM? Fake timings provided... It happened 2nd time. Hahaha same review even after 4 years. They open till 11 and ran out of food at 8PM. What a Joke. If you can’t handle time, change till 7PM. You will save lot of money and don’t need to generate pay for nothing

Dangelo was amazing, served us quickly, made sure our food was up to standards and was a very kind gentleman. He deserves a raise. Will be coming back just because of him. Might I add the food was amazing, very flavorful, chicken was juicy, fresh rice. 10/10 will be back again

The salad was disgusting and whoever made the vinaigrette salad dressing was very heavy on the salt I got an instant headache and the chips were stale. I will never eat from there again 😡

Kids got 3 Taco meal. They loved it. Vegan. I got a bowl. We dont eat meat and the vegetables aren't really seasoned and neither is the beans.
I’ve been visiting Chipotle for the past 10 years, and it never disappoints. Whether it’s a burrito, a bowl, or getting pita bread on the side, everything is consistently fresh and flavorful. Both lunch and dinner options are always satisfying. Great taste, great portions, and reliable service keep me coming back!

This is probably the 4 to 5th time I have had a problem with my food. I got a bowl and it was literally not even half way filled. Then i’ve gotten burritos in which have been smaller than the palm of my hand. For paying over $12 for my food, I expect there to be better quantities. Most of the time that I order it’s around 8 PM so maybe it’s just the night shift workers but regardless this is unacceptable. For anyone ordering here, maybe order in person, not mobile orders.
