It is 11:43 am....ordered a decaf with almond milk and Carmel. Order was ready, I asked a simple question...Is it decaffeinated..the man at the register...got scarcastic...answering..."isn't that what you asked for..?" A Simple yes or no answer would have been fine. I will never go back...this man at 11:42 am, refused to provide his name, when I requested the store number he refused to provide the store number. Do not frequent t this store...totally unprofessional

Generally I don’t write a bad review but this time I couldn’t stop myself writing a bad review. I had a terrible experience with Dunkin’s at Quaker bridge mall. I ordered carrot cake, donuts and munchkins. When I opened the carrot cake (Cup cake). It was in bad shape, crushed in half, bulging the other side and paper was torn. I asked the service worker to exchange it. He went to ask his manager. First of all, we were waiting and the manager didn’t show up. When I said, “excuse me sir” then he showed up. He talked very rudely. He said, "What's the problem?"I showed the carrot cake and explained and said it doesn’t look good. Then again he said what’s the problem. It tests the same. I don’t make this cake, it comes from “Dunkin’s donuts”, Call to “Dunkin’s donut”. The way he spoke was very rude and arrogant. Since the cake was not looking good my son didn’t like to eat it and I had to throw it away. My son got upset since he was in the mood to eat carrot cake and finally ended up with no carrot cake. Our family loves Dunkin’s donut but after this incident we will think twice before going there. Manager needs a training on how to talk to customers. One more thing I want to add here is that they don’t keep napkins in front and they don’t give it without asking. I had to asked for napkin after receiving orders. Hardly they gave us 3 napkins for family of 4.

Each time I come here, I regret it. Terrible service and awful food. The donuts are never fresh. And the coffee tastes like water EVERY time. Worst of all, you will be greeted with the rudest man who seems to hate his job and wants to make sure his customer's day is ruined too.

I can't stomach the boss the old man. My God he is always begging for tips. The bag is open and he is talking over it I had to tell please give me my bag. When he is there the coffee tastes like water mud. One day I had my wallet at getting my money he is looking in it talking about ooh money . Disrespectful. I like the blonde hair manager she is friendly and nice. I like majority of the workers. In afternoon and night. Expect the bald blonde guy with glasses. So unfriendly and blah.Heads up. You're train not to put the paper in the bag. It is unsanitary.Shot out to the good workers....

I went in to the Dunkin' at the Quaker Bridge Mall and got two medium mocha iced peppermint coffees with oat milk and no whipped cream. I went to pick up the order and asked the service worker, who I believe was the manager, if he made the drink with oat milk. He pretended like he didn't hear me and I asked him again. Did you make this with oat milk. He laughed and said I think so? I told him I can't have regular milk and I had asked for oat milk. He then asked the woman in back making sandwiches to taste the coffee to see if it tasted like oat milk or cream. I told him no I can't have milk because it will make me sick. He said, "Oh she won't be drinking from the cup." Meaning she would pour some of the latte out and drink it. I doubt this woman can taste oat milk or regular milk in a mixed latte with peppermint and mocha. At this point, I wanted a refund. I went back to ask the cashier to refund my money. The manager who had made my drink hopped on line to work the register. I told him I wanted a refund. He told me he remade my drinks with oat milk and I said I don't care I want a refund. He told me he wouldn't refund my money. I told him I'd contact Dunkin corporate and he said "go ahead". So I did.I did receive a full refund and every customer support worker said that his actions do not uphold Dunkin's standard of quality. I hope that this manager gets some basic training on drink making and allergies because he's going to make someone sick, if he hasn't already. Or if he can't understand food safety, perhaps he should just try to manage working the register.Dietary restrictions: Some people can't drink milk, not a question of choice. Teach your manager that before he puts someone in a hospital!

A man at the counter was super rude. I ordered a lemonade and the man asked for something extra on top. As the music was loud I didn't hear what exactly he asked. I asked : " Excuse me?" He literally said :" Do I have to repeat again?" To which I said "yes, please ". He simply said "Then never mind". What is that???? Dunkin donutsss, please train these workers.

I love the employees that work there, especially the older ladies as they always give great customer service. The boss however is rude and lazy yet takes all the tips for himself instead of his employees.
