Waited in line for over 20mins just to get my order in and left without ordering. TWICE. They are severely understaffed, there is only one guy taking orders and fulfilling them. Never coming again.

This store does not use fresh ingredients. I ordered an egg and cheese and the croissant tasted at least a day old. The coffee isn’t mixed at all, the hash browns are soggy, and the donuts were old too. The workers have no care for their job and some of them are pretty rude. They get pissed when they have to do their job and make some food. Choose literally any other dunkin’. The owner needs to get this place in check. Get the health department or some dunkin’ officials down here please.

I wish I could rate below 1. This is such a scam. It was the second time this happened. I had ordered signature latte which is supposed to have whipped cream. Both the times the person didn’t put it. Last time there was no coffee it was just milk and the second time I went i remembered my last experience and went to check if my coffee is rightly served but the person quickly went inside and didn’t come out despite calling multiple times and even waited for more than 5 minutes. Please be careful and check your order before leaving. Worst dunkin experience.

This place is a big fraud . I just ordered from this place using Grubhub, but one of the items was missing . I called them up to let them know abt the missing item and asked not to charge for the same , but the lady on the phone kept denying that the item wasn’t ordered at all . Beware of this place !
The lady at reception is really rude or she doesnt know how to deal with customers. Mornings should begin with welcoming behavior. Just because of dunkin name i am coming but highly considering going to quakerbridge mall
