Great pork loin with broccoli rabe and hot banana peppers sandwich! They carry fig cookies from new Utrecht Avenue in Brooklyn.

Cute place...My sandwich was good however I believe would have been better with mozzarella as opposed to fontina....and a bit more of it! Vegetables were a bit too thick.

Our first time visiting and the sad part is we have been really looking forward to eat here and the good news is the food, service and customer dining experience failed miserably so we will not return. While trying to order from the highlighted sandwich menu board, we were told by the young lady that 3 of the 6 were not available today. The place seemed overwhelmed due to a local Community Event and they were in 'scramble mode'.So we settled for a Molfetta Pannini and a Caesar salad and the Gem of the meal was The Manhattan Special Espresso soda. When I later went inside and told the short, older, bald man behind the counter, the owner or manager ,that the pannini was very hard he responded, " I'm sorry that's too bad"As a big supporter of establishments as an Elite member, that was the least effective and proper response to a consumer complaint that an owner or manager could give.We will never return for obvious reasons.Ciao e salutti.

I am not lying when I say this was hands down the best sandwich of my life. I tend not to go to Italian markets like this because nothing can compare to what I grew up with in an Italian family - this place can. Totally worth the price! My husband even said he’s not sure he DESERVED a sandwich this good. ? we’ll absolutely be back to try their catering!

The eatalia sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. So delicious! The fig spread gave it a sweetness with the meat.

Literally the BEST Italian food I’ve ever had. I felt like I was eating in my nana’s kitchen. Honestly, the best tomato sauce I’ve ever had. The chunks of tomatoes are delicious. Delicious chicken parm and broccoli rabe and brussel sprouts. Sandwich with eggplant and roasted red peppers was amazing. And the owner is so nice!! Chef’s kiss!!

Great food! They have a takeout style restaurant where you pick your food around the shop, but they also have tables to eat. The service was great! The people there were very friendly. Underrated, I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

Great new eatery in the heart of Lawrenceville. Lots of popular Italian dishes to choose from. A great place to pick up dinner when you don't feel like cooking. The owner and staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. One of the only restaurants in town open on a Monday evening. I strongly suggest you give it a try.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the ground floor. No steps to enter.

We ordered a tray of chicken parm, meatballs and a cold antipasto for our Saturday night family dinner. It was great and our family loved it. You could tell the dishes were homemade which we appreciated. Also a great spot for lunch - we've done take-out and also enjoyed!

My first time having lunch here and thought it was excellent. I had a chicken sandwich and was very delicious. Loved, loved the bread!!!! Would definitely order it again!(If I go back)..... There is one, rather huge criticism, I have, which made me give them only 2 stars. I noticed that the young gentlemen that took our order was also, handling the register and money and never washed his hands nor put on gloves when he made our sandwiches(I would have said something, but didn't want to cause a scene since they were busy). So, I would have given 5 stars. Will I go back, still not sure. Like I said the sandwich was really good, but cleanliness is something really big with me.

This place is the real thing! Never had anything disappointing. Tonight we had their New England Clam Chowder. It was excellent, with chef’s addition of tarragon. Around the holidays we got their tripe - it was awesome (assuming you like tripe, which I do). Then there is their market - things I can not find locally. So glad Eatalia came to Lawrenceville!Vegetarian options: Yes. Italian food lends itself to vegetarian cooking.Parking: Park right in back, no charge!

Sandwiches are quite good with many exciting options. You can also get fresh bread too, I was lucky enough to get a warm loaf on a weekend afternoon!

Been here a few times and this particular visit was the best. Not that they all haven’t been good but my sandwich today knocked my socks off!!! I got the Porkette sandwich and man it hit the spot! The broccoli rabe was cooked perfectly, the pork was nice and tender and the long hots had a great bite. On top of the sandwiches they have prepared foods as well. Not this visit, but I did get the eggplant parm one night and it was fantastic. Nice and fresh, thin sliced eggplant like I like it. The other thing I love about this place is they have spicy anchovies in a jar. These are my favorite and hard to find so to have a shop not too far from my house to get them is nice. (I have a picture of them in the review) I personally have only gotten take out but the atmosphere is nice and they have a table by the window if you wanted to sit down. The staff is very friendly and the chef / owner came out personally to hand me my, stellar, sandwich and thanked me for my business. That is a nice touch. All is all a great Italian market with good food for now, later, or to pick up ingredients to make your own. I almost forgot the bread!!!!! They carry Melone Brothers bread, the best bread in the known world!!! It makes the sandwich pop and you got to get a stick of bread for your house it makes any meal better.

I had minor eye surgery on Friday in Princeton. On the way home, my husband spotted Eatalia. We decided to stop in since I didn’t feel up to cooking. We purchased 2 sandwiches and dinner for 2 (bolognese and Caesar salad)! All was excellent. We will definitely go back!! Parked in lot directly behind back entrance!
