Horrible Customer Service. I bought a cup of coffee and nice asked the barista girl if I can please borrow a pen for a second. She refused even though there were est. 10 pens in a can nearby. She said people steal the pens. I politely asked her again and told her I would sit in front of her as just need led urgently to jot down some notes. She refused again to let me borrow a pen for few second. Gregory owner: please train your team to understand that that people dont only come for coffee. PEOPLE COME TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AMD BE TREATED NICE. Letting a customer borrow a pen is part of the experience ad your barista failed miserably at tho. Inwill never return here
Need better customer service training. Young girls look like talking to customers in a respectful manner is too difficult. Talking to the young staff working on 1/24/25 4:30pm. If you don’t like working and dealing with people you definitely should not work in a coffee shop.

I love Gregories, I was excited when I saw it in Quaker bridge mall and bought my favorite coffee. As I was lactose intolerant I asked for an almond milk and they actually gave me coffee with whole milk. I took couple sips as I walk out and realized it’s whole milk and went back in and told them the same. They said once I sipped they can not replace. How would I know it’s whole milk or other with out sipping. The staff is not friendly and mostly rude. Heard the same from my friend who is also a gregs coffee lover. I would never recommend anyone going here
This is a gem of a Gregory's. I had a pour over decaf that was perfectly portioned and the barista offered to warm my half and half which made it extra delicious. I put in a good word for this location on Gregory's contact page and will do so here.
The biscotti Teresita is really good. However it’s quite expansive, they couldn’t provide receipts, the seating is quite bad and not very comfortable. The music is awful, whoever chose the playlist should consider therapy or putting Lana Del Ray on instead of whatever song they currently have.

Workers have this weird annoyed teenager attitude. They also seem more concerned in chatting with each other rather than spending time taking customer orders. Ordering in person is okay but every single time I’ve ordered online they mess the drink, miss stuff that you paid extra for, etc.

Coffee shop at Quaker bridge mall. Decent prices but definitely on the higher side. They have several locations with different specials.
Biscotti Testarossa- small $6.88 - for me 8/10
The WiFi was a little spotty at different sections of the cafe. Maybe because it’s the mall?

I don’t remember all the drinks I’ve gotten over the past year or so, but they’ve always been good! A lot of the negative reviews seem to focus on the food, which I can’t speak to, but the drinks are consistently solid--maybe not the highest quality, but definitely enjoyable. The service is always nice, too! 🐈⬛☕

Hands down, this place has got to be the best coffee in the area, the prices aren’t that outrageous, and I’ve never had a badly brewed coffee, where as when I’ve visited other places in the area such as Starbucks and Wawa, I have. Whenever I visit, it’s hardly ever crowded, so I always get my coffee quickly. The staff is also super nice, and it’s such a shame malls are dying.

This place sucks. They charge if you ask for light ice lol. They won’t give you a receipt, the workers have no personality. I wasted $17 on two drinks. I paid for an extra shot of expresso and pretty sure I didn’t get it.

I ordered a small matcha latte and it was the worst matcha I had ever had. Completely undrinkable and almost completely milk with a little splash of matcha. For 7 dollars this is absolutely insane. Do not recommend

Most of the drinks are out of stock. They are very unpleasant and moreover the iced latte has only less than half coffee and 3/4 th filled with ice.
