Food was good my only complaint was it took a while for them to bring out the food that by the time the food was out it was cold besides that everything else was good

What can you say, it's Hooters. Breaded wings are excellent, drinks are beer or silly names with fun colors, waitresses are in tiny outfits. Our server was Kian, bubbly and fun, spectacular service. Looking for fine dining? Don't, it's Hooters. Looking for a pretty girl to bring you a cold beer and amazing wings? Stop in.

I’ve been going to Hooters for years. This was the first time a waitress became combative because she couldn’t do her job correctly. She was rude to my family and was not attentive as a waitress should be. She got the orders wrong and we waited an hour. Then, she gets upset because we wanted to correct it and she said “I’ve been doing this for 2 years and I had bigger parties than you.” What? Condescending, rude, and unprofessional. If you ever get Natasha as a waitress, walk out.Food was cold and I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the unlimited wings due to her. She gave my father in law 5 wings when he order 10 wings. She gave me fries instead of the whole meal. This was all time bad. I’ll never come back to the Princeton location until they fix their customer service and have that lady fired. True story no lies.

Ended up getting food poisoning from what I’m assuming were undercooked wings because that’s all we ordered. Yea..I’m writing this next to the toilet after I threw up. The hooters girl looked so miserable on a slow day taking our order. 20 minutes for our drinks. Not even beer, 20 minutes for a glass of water and a soda. Service was agonizingly horrible. It was like waiting at Six Flags for a rollercoaster ride, but the roller coaster never shows up because you died from waiting too long in line. You have a better chance on waiting on the second coming of Christ over getting your food or drinks.

This is the best of the Hooters in the surrounding areas. I drive further to come to this one for the service and accuracy on orders. They are alway friend and accommodate special requests without hesitation. That was Customer service is all about definitely

PROs- lots of beer varieties and location . Good quick grubsCONs- service . And the ambience ..Used to be a big fan of hooters (those days) .. I have been to this hooters location about 10 years back … the place has become dull these days . Service is slowwww.. better to sit in the bar , so there is always help available . Wasn’t that crowded when we went .We just went for a quick drink … blue moon ? was ok .. not the same as we get in Buffalo wings . They had multiple options of IPAs and beers .food is average here . I used to eat wings here but I’m not a fan of it anymore . Restrooms were ok. Nice location right on rt 1 .. huge parking outside . Average experience overall ..
