I’ve done secret shops all up a down New Jersey for this chain. At this location I mostly order food and can’t complain as it is appropriately portioned and presented upon delivery. The food is excellent but if you want to come in, I recommend other locations. Relative to other locations, on this day service was lacking. I was approached by a half confused and disoriented server, where I deduced from the management apologies had been nodding off due to drugs. She repeatedly tried to take my order and subsequently had things missing and late. Embarrassingly, the server had approached us in private to try and keep us from speaking to the manager. Management was more accommodating as they did the correct thing and wiped the entire bill for our inconveniences. I need to revisit before I make a definitive decision on any problematic trends. For now, that is my advice. Stay cautious my “friends”.

Best food for me. Not so much for my mother. Her 1/4 lbs of sea scallops with risotto was not good because the risotto was not creamy. Her creme brulee was not satisfied for her because it was not creme brulee and the strawberry on the side was frozen.

The place is big and nice. The food is chain restaurant food and decent. The service is zero, absolutely no service. So, be prepared for the zero service.

Nicole, the waitress in the bar section was excellent. She made my mom's birthday very special over the weekend.. Even after not having the best resources, a candle, ice cream etc. She did what she could and was charming as ever. Perfect experience thanks to Nicole!
Loved Houlihan’s the Avocado toast with Burrata cheese is to die for! Margarita flatbread excellent too! Very cozy and great service!

I had the impossible all vegan burger. It was delicious. Khara the server was also the best. She was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I couldnt have asked for a better server.

The service wasn't bad. I had the pot roast... everything was good except the mash potatoes. They had a sour taste to them almost vinegar like...wasn't the worst experience
