First time notice this bubble tea shop in Quaker Bridge Mall ground level. Ordered a cup of coco wow milk tea bubble tea with brown sugar bubbles, less ice, normal sugar. It tastes great as always!!

Been here a couple times and each time is very good. The milk tea is very nice as well as the boba. Good sizing options, very large menu with plenty of options and very hard to go wrong choosing any of them. Service is pretty quick, not much staff interaction but never had a problem. Would come again!

Drinks are fine since it’s the same across the chain but the service here is poor quality. Multiple times now the staff has not even acknowledged me or said hello when I’m trying to place an order. No ‘thank you have a nice day’ either. The older woman has also rolled her eyes at me for no reason. Not sure what the issue is since I’m just supporting their business.

You can very obviously tell that the employees do not want to work. They even put up self checkout kiosk. They’re rude to their customers. I asked a question and was ignored 3 times. If you don’t want to work in customer service this isn’t the right job for you

The best KFT in the area. The quality is always amazing. I wish they were a standalone so I wouldnt have to go into the mall, but I will because it’s that good.
They add so much sagur to the drinks. It is so bad. Had to fight with them.

Very different taste and the options are too good, we got to try couple of them Coconut Milk & Rosehip Milk Tea and both tasted excellent. Very unique flavours and even the kids enjoyed it very much. We will definitely visit again for sure
