I am a patient person and I love supporting local establishments even if they are big box Retailers but I have given this McDonald’s more than enough chances. The list would be too long for me to write about but I have encountered wrong orders being given to me, forgotten items that I have ordered, being charged for something I never ordered, long waits on what is suppose to be a drive through. I looked past all these things but what I can’t look past is just rude and unappreciative employees at this particular location. When I have pointed out nicely that I got the wrong order or not getting what I ordered I get an attitude like it was my fault. I am the customer and I made a choice to spend my money at your place the least you could do is show appreciate for my choice and help fix the issues. On several occasions I have had the drive up window slammed, I have encountered the employees being downright nasty in their response to my dilemma. I always give places many chances knowing they may be having a bad day but it seems this establishment has bad days everyday. I will never go here again and I would say to anyone who is going to try going here, don’t. The McDonalds on Brunswick Circle will benefit from my business and though it’s a little farther from my house I am willing to drive to a place where my business is appreciated

They have very bad service. If you get a large cup, the manager will put her hand in the top of it. I order a steak egg and chess bagel. My bagel smashed in. It's just not a good place to eat. The service is no good.

Fast food wrapping is a lost art. Arby's was the best for a long time, most places dont train staff to wrap, and they can barely keep the food contained. This time was different. I've never seen more carefully wrapped, tidy, burritos. 10/10.Also, just in general, McDonald's coffee is among the best on the road, and I drink a lot of road coffee.Also here: super friendly staff. Nicest eyebrows. Smiles and kind works all around.I feel I get back what I give, here, so keep this in mind, and be kind!Parking: Typical, plus extra space at adjacent WaWa.
