Worst experience ever I had in paradise . I order chicken biryani and mutton biryani take out and they ask payment before . I have my card details and they charged $36 dollars . They have very low quantity and literally just two pieces with bones on mutton biryani. I couldn’t recommended this restaurant. They are doing cheap things low quantity but taste was good. It is not enough for 1 person .

I wished I could give 0.5 or 0 star. Ordered 2 plain dosa for takeout - both were burnt. Instead of sambhar, they have rasam full of onions and curry leaves.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We walked in at 6 pm. Whole restaurant was empty. One woman at the register was on her phone the whole time, didn't even care to put it off while taking our order which she paid close to zero attention. I ordered goat biryani , non Indian bf ordered chicken kabab. She didn't hear us asking for water cause she walked off before we could finish placing the order. One Indian boy walked past, asked him water , gave us two water bottles. Asked for ice, never saw anyone this surprised. He brought us a small bowl of ice. We asked for glass he got us glass. Order obviously was messed up I got my biryani but got tandoor chicken instead of chicken kabab. Asked the lady on phone she said that's kabab , obviously it's not. Many people walked in, to pick up none to dine in while we were there. Made sense, the service is non existent. They don't know any thing about hospitality. Goat biryani barely had any mutton piece in it. And chicken was all pink near bones.

Ordered veg & goat biryani for lunch. Sumptuous dishes, both cooked well to perfection. Goat mutton was tender. Right amount of spices used & arrived on time

While the food wasn't offensive, nothing about this place could be called good, unfortunately. The chicken tika masala we ordered had a decently flavored sauce, but the chicken was tough and conspicuously regularly sliced. Would not have been surprised if it came pre-sliced in a package. The palak paneer was spicy, brown, and overly pureed. Very weak. The dal tadka looked fine, but was very bland. The naan wouldn't even be able to compete with the frozen naan one could buy down the street at Trader Joe's. It was almost cracker-like; total naan-sense, if you'll pardon the pun.If you wanted water, you could buy a small plastic bottle of it. Coke? $2.95 a can. No ice or cup included. Napkins? They were fan-folded paper towels, stacked, such as you'd find in a dispenser in an airport bathroom. Each of the 3 somewhat small main dishes ran around $14 or so. All in all, close to $60 in total. No value to be found here.Service was equally poor. As an example, we'd have sat all night waiting for somebody to bring a check if we hadn't flagged down a non-wait staff person walking by and asked. We were told to pay at the front desk, which was on the other side of closed doors from the "dining" area.We saw no other customers by the time we left at 5:30pm, and that was for good reason, we've learned.

This place deserves an absolute 5 stars for both food and service. Their Chicken Dum Biryani, Garlic Naan, Butter Chicken & Mango lassi are must have. We would love to go back here more often.

My family and I went to Paradise Biryani Pointe for dinner on a Friday night. The staff were very attentive, the temperature of the food was beyond any expectations and spectacular. Each course came out in a timely manner and melted in our mouths. Our stomachs were full of happiness after eating here. We will be back. Great experience overall.

The food was not good. Too much cream in chicken tikka masala. Too much butter in dal makhani. Nothing was appetizing. I remember a time when this place was good.

Hyderabad Biryani is an absolute delight! The flavors are rich and aromatic, and the rice is perfectly cooked with tender pieces of meat (or vegetables) infused throughout. The blend of spices creates a tantalizing experience for the taste buds, leaving a lingering warmth on the palate.

For adventurous foodies, the restaurant offers a unique "Mystery Tasting Menu." Diners are served a series of surprise courses, and they have to guess the ingredients and culinary techniques used in each dish. It adds an element of excitement and surprise to the dining experience.

I visited this place along with three families on 07/22/2023 saturday evening for dinner. We ordered the Goat biriyani, Chicken Biryani, chicken fried rice, Naan with some starters. Both the biriyani's were not fresh and served literally cold. The chicken fried rice was salty. Looks like the Naans were made from frozen food packs. We shared this feedback to the staff's but they did not listen at all. While we entered the restaurant it was empty, we should have turned back but did a big mistake. I have not had such a bad experience in life.
