Pure Green - Juice Bar Princeton

This was a nice place but the service is terrible. My spouse was given his bowl and finished it while I was still waiting for mine. They also filled other orders while mine was still not done. There was no apology or explanation except -“here you go and sorry”. That is not good service- the food was ok but not worth the price or my time. Don’t come here if you value customer service.

Updating my review : I went again today 5/8/25 to grab lunch. My favorite smoothie is back the cherry cloud.! But because of my milk allergy, I don’t get the protein added, even though they do offer vegan protein. I also do not get the collagen as it doesn’t agree with my food, allergies. They are very good with food allergies providing a brand new sanitized blender., and are very careful not to touch any surface that would have any allergens on it while they prepare my menu choices!

The cherry cloud, is my favorite smoothie as I love cherries, and I love coconut!! it is a seasonal smoothie! And worth the price because it has all very good organic ingredients in it!
I also ordered the avocado toast again today and it’s amazing!! They are apparently training new people. I am very familiar and know how that goes in the hospitality world. No worries.! I’m glad to eat delicious food that’s safe for my food allergies!

I don’t know what is going on, but I used to come here almost every week to get their avocado toast, which is $7 and a juice or a smoothie. The staff is still very friendly and welcoming. The place is still very inviting. But the presentation and amount of food you receive has gone down drastically. I was super disappointed with my avocado toast. I ordered yesterday. It had a smear of avocado on it. We are paying for convenience, but after this, I will be buying my own avocado, or I should say avocados and making my own avocado toast…. I get Chia seeds instead of chili flakes, which is an extra dollar I believe. And I requested extra salt, but when I received was almost an edible. Way too much salt added.
Please teach the new employees about the importance of presentation, and small businesses reputation. Consistency is key. I hope one day when I decided to order my usual avocado toast again it comes with at least a half of an avocado. Again.

Go somewhere else if you can! They advertised with a sign 20% off for joining the loyalty program so I signed up while still there at check out hoping to get the 20% off the 80 dollar purchase. Only to be told AFTER signing up there’s no 20% reward….that it expired and then proceeds to turn the sign back around leave the sign up for other people. I’ve been coming here for a few years and never knew there was a loyalty program. Oh, I will be making the drive to go to Princeton for Arlees!

I love the atmosphere. The swing chairs are fun to sit in. I always get the acai bowl. I love the mixed berry one. They taste very fresh. The staff is always friendly. They play really good music too. I have been going to here for over 2 years now. I highly recommend people go to this pure green location.

I come to pure green often! All their smoothies, toasts, and açaí bowls are so good. I also really like their energy balls!
