I ordered a strawberry refresher with water it tasted only like water. I went back and asked nicely if they can remake it the guy poor half of the purée added water and ice now it taste like medicine. So disappointed the guy seemed mad making my drink.

Horrible service by disinterested millennials.Asked for a lemon loaf and a grande flat white. I said, "This is for here." I was then quickly given a lemon loaf in a paper bag. Then, after putting the lemon loaf on a bunch of napkins to act as a plate (not EVEN wax paper) I had to go up and say to the barista (who was busy on her phone) "Is this my flat white?", "Yes", she says. The service here is very impersonal. so much for that "third" place experience . I'm sure Howard Schultz would be real proud of this team.
