Absolutely terrible service here, portion sizes are ridiculous. Had a women half scoop my chicken then when I asked for more chicken she says OK double then proceeds to half scoop again. You’re telling me that A half scoop of chicken costs $4.45. The night staff is rude as hell and acts like your bothering them when your ordering. Next time will be 100% recording my order as I’m in this store

First time at this location being new to the area and it was horrible experience from customer service to the food. Employees are rude they lack in customer service skills won’t be returning to this location EVER AGAIN.. Stay away from this rude CHIPOTLE

Got a bowl with rice, steak, and chicken. Added queso and bowl is $15. The portion of the meats this location gives is criminal for a $15 bowl. Load up on rice and small portions of meat, which I find to be common here. Not worth the price at this point. Staff friendliness is hit or miss as well.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s necessary. I’ve visited this Chipotle several times recently, including today, and each time the experience has been disappointing.

It’s clear that some employees here genuinely care and are working hard to keep up with the rush—but it’s equally clear that others just don’t. I’ve watched as one or two employees are scrambling to manage the line while others stand around, disengaged or on their phones, offering no help. It’s frustrating to see good workers overwhelmed while others do nothing to support them.

Today, for example, there were only two people ahead of me and it still took over 15 minutes to get served. One team member from the register was clearly trying to help the overwhelmed worker on the line, but you could tell it wasn’t part of her usual duties and the frustration was obvious.

I’ve worked in customer service for years, and I’d never allow my team to be unsupported like that. It’s unfair to the hardworking staff and unfair to the customers. I used to love coming to Chipotle because service was fast, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, that just hasn’t been the case here lately.

If things don’t turn around at this location, I’ll make the drive to the Flanders Chipotle instead—I’d rather go a little farther for better service and a more efficient team.

This place sucks placed an online order and came in 15 minutes later when it said it would be ready and it took another half an hour . For a single burrito that's insane . Should've stuck with Qdoba

Idk what these people are complaining about the portions. I got a steak bowl it was literally over flowing the lid barely closed. The girl with the curly hair and clear frame glasses is a goddamm animal, I never seen a Chipotle employee ripping through so many orders. I think this might be the best Chipotle I been to. Give that glasses girl a raise she's a beast.

Ordered take out burrito bowl, got home found long hair in the food. This is not the first time I'm disappointed with this location. Not going back ever again .

Not unusual to bite on hard and "veiny" meat. One female young attendant particularly unpleasant as if always in a hurry. Overloaded with work? Newton C has a hard time staying clean but it may be the large amount of clients.

This place is absolutely disgusting filthy dirty! The food containers are always low and they actually scrape the bottom to put food in your tacos! Not to mention how filthy the counter is that they prepare your food on and just drag the containers across the filthy debris and stick it in your bag. The employees are rude and have attitudes. Sad that most of your reviews say the same thing and yet nothing changes. I will never visit this chipotle again.

I ordered the brisket and was so disappointed it was so overcooked, most of it was actually hard. The service was great no complaints there.

Sunday at 5:30pm… 5 workers all standing around while 10 people waiting on line. 1 person working the orders while everyone else is laughing and watching us just wait around. What a joke.

Horrible, ordered 2 brisket salad bowls with rice, one came without the rice and the other came without lettuce. Not to mention, there was 4 pieces of brisket in my bowl. I thought it was a joke when I opened up the bowl, wouldn’t even satisfy a toddler with that portion size. You’d think with this many negative reviews something would change, clearly not. Can’t even get ahold on the phone. Ridiculous.
