We went for a game or two for my adult son's birthday. We enjoyed some drinks and appetizers in Big Ed's and then bowled on one of the lanes in the VIP room while league games were going on in the main area. The servers were very attentive, and we had a great time.

We had our company holiday party at circle again (4th time) and it was awesome. The food was great and the service even better. Our server Layla was outstanding. So happy with the whole event.
I don’t know if I am spelling this right but Paige is outstanding! She has such a great personality and if employee deserves a raise she does! What a sweetheart

Great place, just bare in mind they like to push for pay hourly and not pay per game. Don't fall for that. Hourly is more expensive, pay per game is cheaper. It takes about 1 hour for 1 full game depending on how many people in your party, so pay per game NOT hourly, don't let them over charge you.

They never turn lights on except for league play. Open bowl is overpriced. You need to go after 3pm. There's no pro shop for pro browsers. Bar is good. Lots of beer selections.

1/2 a star would better reflect my true experience.For starters, calling the bowling alley gets you nowhere, especially if you're trying to make a reservation. Booking the reservation online wasn't easy, and not being able to call was really a PITA. When I did call, I was transferred to a manager and eventually got hung up on.Once we got there, the servers and bartenders were great. I will give them the credit where it's due. My group went to the arcade after our rounds of bowling, and a credit card, debit card, and license were stolen from one of our friends wallets. The staff did look at the cameras, but there wasn't a sense of urgency and there was "nothing they could do" after looking at the cameras. Whilst in the arcade, there was also a drunk group of adults who ended up breaking their beer glasses on the floor....not the best environment for a family on a Saturday evening.Finally, while we were leaving, there was a customer of the bowling alley who probably shouldn't have been driving a vehicle. I watched her back her car directly into the car behind her in the parking lot.Long story short, our experience from start to finish was a train wreck, and I will not be going back. For the amount of money we spent to have an evening out, it was chaotic and unpleasant.
