Always great.

I question where there aren't any Chinese restaurants that substantiated this franchise. What's most tragic is passing at least six better Chinese restaurants traveling here. Everything has been sitting, it's mediocre at best. I've had the popular honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken; it's always cold. The black pepper sirloin steak didn't disappoint.

I got a bowl and didn’t want an entree just the chow mien noodles. They charged me full price for it and the girl didn’t even fill up the bowl with chow mien noodles. Left room for the entree she knew I didn’t want.

This place has great potential
The service is solid, friendly and welcoming and helpful.
I do understand when there's rushes they gotta dial in and don't have time to chitty chatty.

The food however has been hit or miss. Sometimes its just right, but my chicken is tough
Other times it seems fine then my noodles are still raw.

If they lock down the quality of their cooking and get it consistent they will shine as the dining area is always clean, they have steady traffic, and able and willing happy folks ready to serve ya up.

Just finished eating there and the food was lacking in flavor. And they were out of a lot of things. It’s a shame because I have enjoyed it before. Hope management will do a better job at keeping those bowls filled with food and make sure the flavor is there.

Staff was friendly. Food was ok. Got a 2 entree combo. They put the other items onto a plate while they made the new batch of bourbon chicken as they were out when I first got there. It took about 7-8 minutes. The bourbon chicken was hot and fresh but the other items on my plate were cold. It wasn’t that busy when I was there.

Cesar and his colleagues took care of me and my wife when we had an issue. The food was fantastic each time regardless. The customer service Cesar and the rest of the team provides is top tier. Will continue to come back thanks to him!

Ok I wanted to like this place since I saw they added bourbon chicken. I placed an order for 2 helpings of bourbon chicken and one helping of beef and broccoli with white rice online. This was around 7:45 pm. Guess they were out of bourbon chicken because they subbed it with other chicken dishes. No one said anything and when I got home disappointment. I didn't want to waste the gas going back. The rice I ordered was crispy. Bad first impression. Update: Gave this place another try. I ordered through a delivery service. Bourbon chicken is what I asked for but I received sesame chicken. I'm done.

The hours listed for operation are 10:30am - 10:00pm every day. I arrived at 9:28pm to order some takeout. The open sign was on. The door was locked, and I could see employees inside. That's fine if you want to close earlier, but you should update your hours of operation.

I hate this place, how is it possible that they couldn't make a damn mobile order, I arrive for my food and I have to leave empty-handed

Their food was very cold and nasty ! Tennessee was way better ! You get pretty good large amounts but nasty

1.5 stars total. Location 5/5, nice location right off of the main road, although the parking lot gets overloaded due to patrons of other establishments. Service 1/5, very absent minded shoveling of food into containers, very minimal amounts of portions given, lack of customer care at check out. One cashier went as far to drop a fortune cookie from the tray, which was stacked with 4 people's worth of food, then instead of putting it back on our tray, she deposited it back into their box of cookies. There were 4 of us, so we only received 3. Food 1/5, the food is abysmally cold, lacks flavor in several dishes (most notably the the fried rice, which tasted like white rice with some flavorless egg). Atmosphere 2/5, although it's a basic Panda Express, there were a couple broken fountain beverages, half cleaned tables, and the bathrooms needed some work. Overall, I do not recommend this location at all and advise against this location until it is improved.

There was no sense of urgency to replenish 2 popular chicken options, and 1 beef item during a busy time in the day. The employees would alert the cook and it was as if he showed no care to do better and get these items out as quickly as possible for the awaiting customers. The associates manning the serving line and register were on top of their game, but unfortunately they took the blame for the cook's "don't care" attitude.
