Great spot in Ledgewood. Owners did a great job with the interior design. Menu is great. Coffee is done just right. The staff is pleasant and fast. Definitely come back.

Love the food and coffee and the atmosphere ! My issue is with the employees and their training. Today I wanted to redeem points for a coffee. I had a few other things in my order as well. When I asked to redeem, they didn’t seem to know how to do it and ultimately ended up adding another drink (an iced tea) to my order which they then used my points towards- a drink I did not order. After our buzzer went off we went to grab our items not taking the iced tea because we didn’t order one. Staff later brought the drink to me and I told them I did not order it. They said they would let me know what happened and that they think I was charged for it. (They used my points for it is what happened) They did not return to resolve the issue and the drink was sitting there for a while so ultimately my husband just took it. When I went back up to let them know I figured out what happened by looking at my receipt they said they were going to refund me but now that my husband took the iced tea they won’t. Just felt like bad customer service to me. They should have just promptly returned originally and asked if we wanted the drink regardless if we did or didn’t AND refunded us. I like this place but will admit today I am disappointed.☹️

Place sucks so slow service is garbage one person on the register the whole time while the line is out the door if you wanna waste a 5 hour trip on vacation in this place enjoy I’ll make it to cape may before your food is ordered.

The coffee and food here is the best in the area! I like the variety of alternatives milks and that fact it is FREE. No extra charge. As it should be.
The food does take some time to come out, but it’s so yummy and always worth it.
The service can be hit or miss. I have had times where staff rolled eyes at me after explaining my food order was meant to go (the cashier had asked if my coffee was to-go, I said yes not sure why they thought the food would be to stay, either way, eye roll NOT appreciated). There was also a time cashier completely ignored my order at first and had to reask every detail and still got my order wrong. But other than that my experiences have been great!

LOVE this place!!! Drive 40 minutes here every month or so, the guava pan de bono is the best!! Staff is always super friendly & I have never been disappointed with any of the coffee orders I’ve had

I have been coming here almost weekly since it has opened two years ago, the sisters who own this and the staff are so friendly and inviting. I just recently threw my sister a small surprise party here for her birthday and the whole experience was awesome. I was able to order everything ahead of time so it came out at specific times, this party also happened during regular business hours on a busy Sunday and we were still greatly taken care of.
Always a great experience at Roosters. Any type of coffee you get always tastes great and food is always fresh. Highly suggest checking these guys out if you’re a coffee lover

The coffee is extremely acidic. If you order a large specialty coffee, it’s all ice and foam. The cup is not even half way up with actual coffee. Also, their food is always cold. Not worth the money.
