Worst Starbucks ever. Always closed. Never have staff. Drive up never works. Can’t call ahead. I live down the street and I always have to drive to Chester. By far best Starbucks in the area is Chester!!!

Always closed at random times with stupid paper printed signs stating no reason for the random closures. Also will not allow customers in even when it’s 20-30 minutes before when the sign says. My drinks are frequently lukewarm at best.
Today at 1pm on a Friday there’s a sign stating they are closed yet 7 or so employees are inside with the lights off. So bizarre and so unprofessional for how frequently this occurs.

By far the worst Starbucks to exist. They are slow, don’t follow the drink recipes & are barely open. They constantly randomly close, shut down the inside and laugh from the counter turning customers away. I really wish corporate would shut this location down or hire a whole new staff because the current one just doesn’t want to work (except the short blonde barista that clearly worked at another location. She can run circles around the other workers).

This location is the worst just because of the waiting time. Usually (no matter if you go inside or use drive through) it’s about 20-25 minutes waiting time. One time we stuck there in drive through for 30 minutes 🤪

They prioritize drive thru customers over in-store buyers. You'll wait a solid half hour for a coffee after 9am. Either they need another location in roxbury or a larger store.

Can’t say much positives about this location. I guess a positive is the physical location of it. It’s near many stores so it makes it convenient. But on that note, I’d rather drive 30 minutes to the next location to avoid the craziness. The drive thru is impossible to navigate. It ends up in the parking lot with people honking and almost hitting your car. Anytime I go inside to order. It takes 20 minutes, not an exaggeration, maybe an understatement. I’ve been there enough(cuz of convenience) to know the coffee isn’t even consistent enough and the employees aren’t as friendly as other locations either.
Now that there are local, boutique coffee shops and cafes in the area, I’ll def make the drive somewhere else

VERY slow service, I waited atleast 20 minutes for one drink and it wasn’t even busy inside . The drive thru and cellphone orders make up the bulk of the orders and in store customers just wait and wait. I asked for my drink and was told my order was in order. This chain should have more workers on duty since they can’t keep up with even light traffic. Especially for the high prices they charge. Terrible customer service.

Worst ever Starbucks experience overall! They have a bottle of cleaner sitting next to the mobile order pick up area, and another by the registers. There’s no ambience-no music. The dining room (don’t know what else to call it) has dirty floors, the bathrooms are dirty. Husband still got coffee here, which was a 15 minute wait for one cappuccino.

Sadly I have to do this but it’s come to that point.. I come here pretty much everyday before work for my coffee. And today I order two venti white chocolate expresso coffees with and extra shot, and legit tasted like warmed milk, no taste of coffee no taste white chocolate. This isn’t the first or 5th time it’s been this way… I get it gets busy but it wasn’t and there were 8 people inside, so I assumed today my coffee would have been good but sadly both were not. I cannot understand how a expresso coffee drink can be messed up to taste like straight milk…
