This location never has mobile ordering available and now I came and there’s a sign saying drive thru only. I have the drive thru and of course the line is crazy long. May as well not even have the Starbucks here.

I’ve tried to many times with this location and it’s just bad. Consistently terrible. Whether it’s leaving all the flavor at the bottom of the cup or forgetting whipped cream or not completely filling the cup. They maybe need more staff because they are so busy or maybe better training. For the price you expect the drinks to come out right.

The Starbucks in Succasunna is one of the most reliable locations I’ve been to. My mobile orders are almost always ready right on time, and on the rare occasions they’re not, it’s completely understandable this is a busy and very popular store. The drinks and food come out consistently correct, and the team really takes pride in what they do. They’re friendly, patient, and always willing to customize orders or offer great suggestions if you want to try something new. Special shoutout to Jazzy, for keeping everything running smoothly and creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this location!
DO NOT EAT ANYTHING WITH EGGS HERE!!!!! had their egg bacon bite things and got extreme food poisoning worst pain of my life. Didn’t wanna point the finger so I just called it a stomach bug. Literally found out yesterday THREE OF MY FRIENDS all had the eggs here and were sick for 3 days. Cook ur food or make sure it’s not expired that is so disgusting.

Did the recipe change for the caramel ribbon crunch? I went here today and ordered one and specifically asked for extra crunch. I watched the person make it and admittedly didn't say anything when it looked like they weren't making it how it seems like it's usually made. they didn't put ANY crunch or caramel syrup at that bottom of the cup. This is pretty much essential to the drink so that you can actually get those parts of the drink as you progress through the drink. This caramel ribbon crunch only had syrup and crunch at the top and certainly not extra crunch like I asked for

15 min wait in drive-thru for a latte that tasted like 2 cups of boiled milk with a half tsp of instant coffee. I tossed it and my $6 away.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks consistently for the past three and a half years. I’m not sure if it’s under new management as of recently, but the service has declined astronomically. I’m writing this review as I’ve been sitting in the drive through line for approximately 40 minutes now. Everyday I come the line is so backed up, to the point where the more convenient option would be to go inside and order. All staff seems completely brand new with little to no training, I repeat myself endlessly when ordering the same drink everyday, and when approaching the window after waiting almost half an hour staff seems to be lost, slow, and still doesn’t have my order ready and will even hand over drinks and items I did not ask for. I personally work in service so I know it’s not always as fast paced as we’d like, but this is unacceptable to be waiting for a coffee for almost an hour. Respectfully pull all your staff, properly train them and restart this correctly.

Omg.... my husband and I been getting the same drink for over 3 years. Usually nobody could get our drinks and we have to ask to be made twice but here in this story Jazzy got that down on the shot. Thank you for being so sweet and making our drinks so amazing I can't wait to come back

I have never experienced such rude workers at a restaurant, let alone a Starbucks; the wait was ridiculous (a simple ice coffee) - should be able to scoop a glass of ice and pour the coffee while doing other things. Lost this lifetime customer, deleting the ap!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would! WORST STARBUCKS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Waited 20 minutes just to get to drive up sign. Person who took my order was laughing and goofing around…screen is broken. Then we finally get up to the window and they have the order wrong. Annoyed but whatever, mistakes happen. Instead of fixing the order that they messed up because the employees are too busy fooling around, the guy at the window starts arguing with us. And telling us to pull up. Ummmm no, please fix the order. Another girl comes up, says she’ll fix the order and tells us that we’ll have to get out of the line that at this point we’ve been in for well over 30 minutes at this point. We ask to speak to a manager, and are refused. So we ask for a refund, and a receipt so we can call the manager. The manager is even worse. Explains why the employees are rude, and have the WORST customer service. Been going to Starbucks for two decades, and NEVER have been treated the way those employees treat their customers. Do NOT go here! The audacity is next level. Tell corporate too! Apparently there’s a long history here. Wish I knew before going there. There’s so many better Starbucks around: this place needs some serious work or I don’t see it staying open.

I do think the team means well but management has got to do a better job at training them on speed, efficiency and communication. I stop coming here because of how slow the line is and how bad the communication is. Gave it a try today and they are still consistent. Waited in drive through for 8 mins without a response and when I left the young lady at the window just stared out the window idling. I’ll remain going to the competition up the street.

I will never again go to this Starbucks. The manager in there is insanely rude and aggressive. I cannot believe Starbucks allows this. The way she speaks to people is unacceptable. She literally screamed at me at the top of her lungs. The district/regional manager needs to move this woman to another location- she is way too abrasive. Already have a call into corporate for this craziness.

Been going to this store since it opened. Never had an issue before, but after the experience today…
Placed an order for this store through the app. Had to close out to check something and when I went back into the app, it auto set to “in-store” pickup without me realizing it. Order was placed and went through the drive thru thinking it was a drive thru order. The attitude given by the employee about “making sure to place the order for drive thru” like I was trying to make her life difficult, was extremely off putting.
To follow up, I called the store to speak to the manager, who DOUBLED DOWN on the disgusting customer service. A call to corporate resolved the issue to some degree, but I can say with conviction I will never return to this store.
Management at a local level is clearly passing down poor customer service and it shows.
MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR DRIVE THRU OR IN STORE BECAUSE THEY WILL CHASTISE YOU FOR IT!
