I would like to recognize an employee at this location for her enthusiasm and positive attitude, her name is Rose. I come every morning to this location on my way to work and every time I walk in she takes the time to greet me and wish me a nice day. Yesterday morning I stopped as usual to pick up my order and on my way out, I bumped into my car and dropped my drink so I decided to return later to get another one. Came in here for a quick stop around 6:45 yesterday and honestly I was so moved by the staff. The customer service here is just EXCEPTIONAL. So nice and so sweet! I had questions regarding a new product and they answered my questions and were so nice about it! Although I’m not from the area, when I do visit I hope to see them again soon!!

Very poorly managed, never ever seen Starbuck with poor order management.Sat morning driveway is packed cars are blocking the roads, in person regular ice coffee takes 25mins waiting time.Please retrospect the order management process.
