We took our kids to get ice cream in the evening, as usual. We ordered the small scoop with gummy bear toppings and requested sprinkles, just like we always do (we visit this place three times a week). However, this time, they only gave us six gummy bears for toppings, which is not the usual amount, so we complained. They claimed that this was the standard portion.It seemed like the three employees were talking among themselves. It was disheartening to experience this lack of honesty from a place we visit almost every day, and it left us feeling quite upset and uncomfortable.We hope they will be more honest in their business practices in the future.

Horrible customer service. Manager was being very difficult and a nuisance to deal with. Was being pesty with the toppings that were supposed to be INCLUDED with the sundae and took a lot of arguing back and forth to prove him wrong and get what was included. Ice cream had already started melting by then. If your going to get food or ice cream here, go somewhere else

Said they were out of the cups. Looked nothing like the photo on the order board. Reese's pieces where stail. Kids ordered single comes, they received single cups. Should have sent it all back and got our money refunded. Not a fun experience.
