My elderly mother ordered a pizza for delivery. She was charged for it and it was never delivered. When we called we were told there was no order for our address. We had to resolve the billing in person, no offers were made to compensate for the inconvenience but billing was successfully reversed.

Order marked delivered and I still don't have my food. Long time before anyone picked up the phone when I called to inquire about it, and conversation was ultimately unhelpful.

Went in to pick up pizza a little after 8:15pm on 10/4.25. This establishment has gone down. Staff left me and my son waiting. Serviced a customer that came after me first and Mexican employee pretended not to understand me and my son. Then black staff member came over rudely and just shouted out price of order. At that point me and my son both didn't feel comfortable with treatment and left without pizza.. Will never eat here again . Treat all people with respect.

Ordered 2 salads 2 pizzas and paid for them after pizzas were done and they handed them to me, that's when they told me they didn't have and salads, but they said they can refund me in 4 to 5 days crazy busy and very unorganized, will never order from there again

Order 5 pizzas for pickup and when I get there ask for plates they told me to they don't have any.Pizza place selling pizzas don't have plates.Really bad
I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this Domino's location. I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery through the Domino's website. As soon as my family and I opened the pizza boxes, I saw at least 20 silverfish crawling/jumping all over the pizza. It was so horrifying. If you guys don't know what a silverfish is , they're black and the size of a sesame seed (some babies that were even smaller) AND THEY JUMP. I can't imagine the amount of people that have eaten from this location without checking their pies. After the discovery, I called this location twice to file a complaint and receive a refund. However, both times I called, the worker hung up without providing any assistance. Frustrated, I had to drive to the physical location for them to take my issue seriously. When I arrived, the workers seemed clueless and not as concerned as they should be regarding an issue that should be taken very seriously. Super disappointed because I have been ordering from this location for quite some time. They don't care about their customers, quality, or management. This place needs to be shut down due to health concerns for the public. I will be filing a formal complaint to the health department. Do not order from this location.
