Ordered 2 salads 2 pizzas and paid for them after pizzas were done and they handed them to me, that's when they told me they didn't have and salads, but they said they can refund me in 4 to 5 days crazy busy and very unorganized, will never order from there again

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this Domino's location. I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery through the Domino's website. As soon as my family and I opened the pizza boxes, I saw at least 20 silverfish crawling/jumping all over the pizza. It was so horrifying. If you guys don't know what a silverfish is , they're black and the size of a sesame seed (some babies that were even smaller) AND THEY JUMP. I can't imagine the amount of people that have eaten from this location without checking their pies. After the discovery, I called this location twice to file a complaint and receive a refund. However, both times I called, the worker hung up without providing any assistance. Frustrated, I had to drive to the physical location for them to take my issue seriously. When I arrived, the workers seemed clueless and not as concerned as they should be regarding an issue that should be taken very seriously. Super disappointed because I have been ordering from this location for quite some time. They don't care about their customers, quality, or management. This place needs to be shut down due to health concerns for the public. I will be filing a formal complaint to the health department. Do not order from this location.

Ordered via Uber Eats at 8:20PM - Arrived 10 PM cold. Order delivery if you can wait 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Did the on line order. When it was ready to pick up. They forgot 3 items It's real easy if you mess up the order that order goes to the top of the list and you go from there you don't make somebody wait an hour and a half. You can tell by the atmosphere inside there this evening. Seems that the staff were not happy at all for what reason.

I will never order from here again. It took 50 minutes to get here and when I got the pizza, the pizza was cut into wrong pieces, and stuck to the pizza box. When I called back she said it's hand tossed pizza so it's impossible that it's stuck, like I was lying about it. Never apologized about the food quality and lateness, instead very rudely spoke to me if I want a new pie made sent or store credit which I don't need
