During the evening hours, the staff didn’t come across as friendly or professional. It was disappointing to see that some employees seemed unsure of what they were supposed to be doing. I’m not expecting over-the-top friendliness, but it’s honestly impressive how a customer’s mood can be ruined in the less than 5 minutes it takes to order and receive a drink.

They worst experience at a Dunkin I came in on a Monday at 5:10 pm. Workers are rude and unclean they reused the same glove and switched it between them

The food is what you expect as it is a chain.
However, the staff here are unfriendly and unhelpful.
Nothing particularly happened but you have to ask for everything. They do not greet you or acknowledge you. But they are fast and that’s all you can ask for.

Do not come to this location there was cockroaches and bugs throughout this location.
I also went to use the bathroom and it was urine all over the seat as well as body hair all over the sink.

Fast service, but most of the staff is rude and unpleasant.
Afternoon workers don't seem to have a basic mindset of hospitality. If she has to work, I hope she will be helpful to the business owner and the guests who visit there.
It’s a place I have to visit often because it’s on my way, but every time I go, there’s one employee who always makes me feel uncomfortable. He never greets me, and whenever I order something I want, he looks at me as if I’ve done something wrong. I honestly don’t understand why that young male employee is even working there.

If I'm not getting coffee,then I'm getting hot tea which is fine.Tea is tea but it really sucks that DD doesn't provide lemon for my tea going on a couple of years now.

Always have wondered what was up with that corporate decision to raise prices ( of course they did, ) while simultaneously decreasing services and amenities.
Most of the time I don't patronize Dunkin Donuts Donuts precisely for this reason ie; no availability of lemon juice.
So I figured that DD loses at the very least $1000.00 yearly from me personally at the minimum.

Someone needs to train the young male cashier on how to speak to customers. This is the second time I’ve had a problem with how he speaks. I don’t work well with disrespect. I immediately left without ordering. They are no longer an option.

I was their this past Saturday morning. Ordered a Pumpkin sig latte. When I received it it was a whole cup of literary milk the whipped creamed hardly anything no Carmel no cinnamon. I asked either for a another or refund. I said okay make another 1 worse then the first. Another customer was also complaining about her order. I asked fir a refund they said no. The gentle turned his back while I was speaking rude but I will do write up because besides being rude they should've complied with the customer.
I actually really like dunkin drinks, I believe the place itself is not the problem. The employees though! I order a Sparkd energy peach sunrise, I SPECIFICALLY said peach. When I went to get it they gave me a berry burst drink. I didn’t want to cause I scene so I just politely told them that I wanted to get a peach drink and then they told me that I said berry burst, like if I didn’t know I what I meant 🙄. I being the nice person I am just said ok and went on but my friends didn’t let that slide. They went and asked to see the receipt and one of the employees said there was no receipt, guess what there’s was a receipt. So then it did say Berry burst, but I did indeed said peach so they just typed the wrong thing. And then I asked if they could still change it and the girl said it would be a waste with BIGGEST, RUDEST attitude EVERRR. So moral of the story kids, don’t go there, and if you do and they get your order wrong fight for what you deserve don’t be scared of their attitude, and they also made me cry because I’m a sensitive person and can’t handle those type of things. Never ever coming here again😔😭.

??….is what I think of when I think of Leonia’s iconic Dunkin’. Their speed is faster than my mile time. (which is very fast ? ?) Their atmosphere is more upbeat than most Bruno Mars’ songs. ?? And they are more up to date on seasonal food than my calendar.??️?☃️?☀️They have got me hooked.
