Walked in around 12:30 PM with my three year old but no one was there. There’s also no seats or tables, just a high top corner counter and looking out the window… so we left.

As happy as Fudgie the Whale at the Lincoln Park location. :) I’ve driven here about 45 minutes for the past two years since they’re one of the last Carvel shops that still sells Fudgie. It’s closest to where I live and they’re always amazing! They even color coordinated a “New York Mets” theme I tried pulling off for my husband one year (baseball mitt and bat not included). I usually try getting a custom filling as well which they’ve always been great with accommodating. You just need to give them 48 hrs notice for custom. Highly satisfied customer!

Poor customer service because employees want to leave 11 minutes earlier than actual store closing time. Showed up 25 minutes before store closed and was provided with eye rolls and attitude the entire time by 1 employee. Unfortunate. Employee left immediately after

EVERY TIME I go in to order a banana split they NEVER have any bananas. I started calling to see if they have bananas (so I don't waste a trip)...and I'm always told they don't have any. At this point, just take banana splits off of the menu! Smh.

I recently was in there two weeks ago. The woman dropped it on the ground and said it was fine because it landed upright. She said “it’s still good the lid was on” I haven’t been back and I’m not going back!
