The service at Dunkin' Donuts pretty much every one of them, but specifically Lincoln Park, it's so awful. It takes forever to get a cup of coffee when no one's there.And then when you get it, it's full of grounds.No personalities or niceness on the staff at all.I will never come here again

When Kahn is at the drive through window, he knows my order: 2 Boston cream donuts. He greets me with the most genuine smile, as if we were close friends. He always asks how my morning is, not just out of habit, but it seems like he really cares about his customers. Not many employees at other places appear to care, but Kahn seems to genuinely enjoy his job. How refreshing! I look forward to our next interaction. It starts my day on a good note. Thanks, Kahn!

Almost every time coffee is burned, it’s impossible to drink. You need to clean the coffee machine!!! Every time it goes to trash and I need to pay twice and buy it in another place!
Order two orange juice 2 bacon wrap and never received any of it through DoorDash. Instead they gave me two pieces of bread with two eggs. DoorDash needs to stop using Lincoln park Dunkin please.

I went to this store Saturday, October 19 around 9 o’clock in the morning waiting online with about 10 other customers. The district manager, Shakila, was screaming at the manager, Kadir. She was so unprofessional and rude. It was very awkward to be witnessing it. He was taking and filling orders from the line of customers and she kept screaming at him. first of all if she had something to discuss with him it should have been done in the back in private. It was so disturbing that I had to leave and come back. This is my favorite DD !!!! always been friendly, quick and correct with my order and I’m here every single day. This district manager should not hold a managerial position anywhere in any capacity. I don’t have 1 complaint about the manager or any of the employees…they all are very friendly well trained and courteous !
