Frank's Pizza Italian Restaurant & Catering

The pizza was delivered sloppy, half of the cheese had slid off of the pizza . I ordered half pineapple and they pretty much Dumped a can of giant pineapple chunks on the pizza making it watery and droopy. I should have taken a picture it was bad

We’ve been coming here for 20+ years. Last night was unacceptable. Everything was rushed and undercooked. Manager and staff were so rude.

No plates were provided. My brother grabbed paper plates. We ate the entire dinner on the 1 paper plate.

It started with the soggy undercooked pizza that we let cool for a while before eating. We couldn’t get the slices on the plate without it folding and falling apart.

When we entered my father went to wash his hands and came out and the pizza was served shortly after. Couldn’t have been in the oven for more than a few minutes after. We were still eating the bread and garlic bread. Which was still good. Fried calamari and the tomato sauce was also avery good still.

Since I never complain we were chalking it up as just a bad night. We were eating the 1st slice when the Calzone came out. Completely undercooked. My father simply asked politely if they could just take it off the bill since we were not eating it. That’s when things went south. We were told it’s the cheese. We’ve worked in restaurants before. We separated the cheese from the dough and it was clearly undercooked and still doughy/watery/clear-colored. There was no need for an argument.

When I mentioned even the pizza was bad and extremely light on the sausage this time, we were lectured for not complaining sooner.
Again, we are not confrontation people. Eventually the calzone was removed from the bill. We paid and left.

It was our first night out as a family together. My brother has anxiety. It was a very somber rest of the night. When got there over an hour before closing and the first thing I asked was if we had time to eat and was told we did.

I do not recommend. It’s gone too far down hill. Like the other reviews said much higher prices for less food and bad attitude. Unfortunately I am done with this place. Do better

The restaurant is absolutely useless. I ordered at 9:30. Came at 10:15. The email comes when I drove to the parking at 10:16 that the order is canceled.

Had gone there a few times in the past. Went a few days ago again. As other reviewers have mentioned, yes, it has gone downhill. "Kids" as watresses who really don't know the menu and certinley not Italian food. I ordered prosciutto and had to mention it more than once. I got Bruschetta instead! Food is acceptable but then the prices, as others had mentioned. Other than tax, there was another 11% added for fees. One is a "checkout adjustment" another was for "open and adjust". There is a "Pricing Notice" on my bill because of "new regulations" (UN mandates? Federal rules? NJ rules? Frankie rules?) And their "Increased Costs".

Sorry, no more. There are many places like this in the area and Italians are involved in the establishment. I am done with this place.

Parking: It's a strip mall. Parking everywhere.

My boyfriend and I always go for the rigatoni vodka slice for pick up . It is soooo goood. Yesterday we decided why not dine in and so we went for the first time and the food was soooo amazing I am currently ordering food for pick up today ?? I ordered a lasagna and he ordered chicken piccata , 10000000/10???

I witnessed the most horrendous management at this location, worst I’ve ever seen. I genuinely feel bad for the employees, I personally saw one being screamed at and accused of things that were completely inappropriate. Go to any other Franks in the area.

Every time I Come from Pennsylvania with my Friend when she comes for her Appointment we stop here for lunch. Love their food. Great atmosphere and great people

They make good food never complain but it is ashame you pay $15 for a salad that comes with 2 drops of dressing.

We placed an order to be delivered. Everything was delicious! I had the fresh pappardelle with Bolognese sauce. It was the best Bolognese I've ever had. The garlic bread was just like my grandmother used to make. Will definitely be ordering again!
