I Love the Lincoln Park Jersey Mike's location. The staff is awesome. Fast and Friendly. They handled a mad rush today at lunch time like pros. The subs here are always amazing and fresh. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's shop.

Number 43 chipotle cheesesteak my favorite sub in every jersey Mike today my man Jordan was on the grill and he nailed it to perfection. Sub was spot on it was. Thank you everybody at the store for your humbling attention and kindness. Highly recommend this store for anybody that’s looking not just to eat a sandwich, but to also feel welcoming. That man with the beard and the popeye sized biceps deserves a raise. It’s alright though. I asked for a water cup and filled it up with soda
Had 2 huge black hairs in my sandwich from one of the employees which I possess a VIDEO of me pulling it out of the cheese where it was embedded from. Went back and asked for a refund & they said wait for our manager to call you. Sure ok no problem. Manager calls me next morning just to waste my time to tell me she can't do anything about it. Couldn't really get anywhere in the conversation because she talks like she's scared of her own reflection "ummm oh uhhhmmmmm sheesh umm" was practically all I got from the conversation on her end.. terrible communication nd nothing was resolved. Is it that hard to give back $11 bucks when it was your own fault?

Ordered online. Requested rosemary bread and extra cheese. I got plain white bread and no extra cheese. I paid extra for cheese and did not receive what I paid for. Yes it's 1 dollar and some change but if you paid for it you should get it. First time and last time going to the Lincoln park location.

Got my family's entire order wrong, not a single item from the order was correct. I have allergies and so does my family so this store's negligence in outright ignoring clearly stated requests to remove lettuce and tomato from the sandwiches means we can't even eat this order. The kid at the register also charged us three times. $90 for what would've been a $30 order. They would not refund it back to the card and instead just gave me a fistfull of cash, which was also the wrong amount. And they were rude to me the whole way through. I don't care how swamped the store was at the time, this is unacceptable. Not a single thing that couldn't go wrong, didn't go wrong.Update: It had hair in it.
