I love Kenkos but this was unacceptable. I have never had a problem with them until now. I placed an order and when I went to go pick up my food a girl in the front told me to wait a couple minutes because it wasn't ready, so I waited there patiently for almost 40 minutes. My order that I placed was to be ready at 7:11 and I waited there till 7:50. There are people coming in they were placing orders to go and only waited between 7 to 10 minutes. I had placed my order order 20 minutes before on the app when the girl told me my food was right there, she had smiled knowing that my food has been there the whole entire time and I waited there for over 40 minutes. I kept asking her how long it would take and she kept saying oh give it a few more minutes. She was quick to take the receipt as I was grabbing the bag know that the time stamps would show when it was ready. I not only spent money thinking I would be eating my food hot, but my food was cold. I had to reheat everything. Such a bad experience

I literally wish it could hurry up and monday so i can come back ! great atmosphere amazing ambiance ! the fact you can make cute little sticky notes and get a polaroid to go ! the service was immaculate!! nothing but amazing things to say ! you have gained a forever customer out of me

All nice and dandy until you order online and realize you made a mistake. They do not pick up the phone, do not respond to messages and emails in time (several hours) and there is no way to edit the order in the app. Just say your money good-bye. Will be cancelling via credit card and wont be ordering anymore.

Unfortunately I will not be returning. Arrived around 7:40 pm and was turned away even though kitchen closes at 8pm. Was offered only takeout. Drove 20 minutes to get to the restaurant just to be turned away.

This place is nice but they have no soft drinks. They don’t give you an itemized breakdown on your receipt. Our sever was very quiet and we had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Nice ambience and food is good quality.

Pre covid I frequented this restaurant often. Post covid, everything changed. No longer offering assorted sushi plates, regular or deluxe. If you want sushi, it's ala carte. Two pieces, over $9. Expensive. We ordered rols, i.e. tuna, eel, etc. What was brought to us made me feel like I was at a child's tea party. Very small pieces. This is no longer the same restaurant. I will not come back.
Kenko's staff is always polite and attentive. The food is fresh and well-presented, full of flavor and innovation.

The food here was amazing and there were a bunch of choices on the menu. We got 7 specialty rolls and bubble teas. Definitely a great experience here and will be coming back sometime soon to try the other rolls.

What an amazing experience me and my best friend had today. From the complimentary sushi to the edamame to the speciality rolls. Everything was fantastic! We also got complimentary shaved mango ice. Such a treat. Can’t wait to go back!
