Freshly made mouthfull of deliciousness. Loved the rabri and gulab jamun sandwich. I stopped going to other places for sweets after tasting them here :)

For an unforgettable Bengali sweet experience in New Jersey, look no further than the local sweet shops offering a taste of Kolkata’s finest. Each bite feels like a celebration, whether it’s the delicate sponginess of Rasgulla or the rich creaminess of Malai Chomchom. The variety is impressive, with treats like Sandesh and Rabdi which is my favorite and made fresh and perfectly balanced in sweetness. What sets these shops apart is their attention to tradition and flavor, making every visit a delicious journey into Bengal’s rich culinary heritage. Ideal for both special occasions and everyday indulgence!
Having devoured these delicacies for years, I can confidently say that the quality remains as exceptional as ever. It’s rare to find such consistency over time, and these shops continue to deliver that authentic Bengali sweetness with every visit. Whether for a celebration or a simple treat, their unwavering quality keeps me coming back for more!

We love the mithai here.. Most of the bengali sweets in local Indian stores are made from india and shipped here
... but this is 100 pc made in USA..
I have visited the factory and see the mithai being made..
also when we ordered online the packing was great..
thier jalebi and rabri are out of this world..

Atrocious. Placed an order online. My wife - who is not Indian - went to collect. The woman at the counter wouldn't even go and look for the order, saying "There's nothing for you here". Only at the point that my wife said that I was Indian did she go and check for it. She insisted that they were sold out of everything, even though the order was placed days before. Very disappointing service. One doesn't like to think that such things might be motivated by prejudice but it is hard to think otherwise under the circumstances.
Restaurantji Recommends

Order arrived intact, sweets were of good quality (not Kolkata yet! but good) and would order again if needed.
Warning: this place is a scam. I continuously called this place, emailed them and left voicemails and the phone was only picked up twice. Each time when I told them I’m inquiring about my Aunt’s order which wasn’t delivered and wanted updates they would hang up on me. They took the money but didn’t deliver the sweets, and are ignoring phone calls. During a holiday like Diwali this behavior is honestly so disrespectful. This place is unprofessional and will make sure no one orders from here again
Very Very POOR QUALITY of food. I picked up an 11 oz box of 'EMARTI' - (usually prepared like donuts) - it was FULL OF OIL that was not drained before being dipped into sugar syrup. POOR PREPARATION, SURE TO GET YOU SICK. And they charge $7/- for this nonsense!! Please shut this place down. They supply to Indian Grocery stores as JAIN FOODS 'gourmet Indian sweets & snacks". This stuff is HORRIBLE!!
