We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner with friends. The restaurant was not busy at all for a Friday night- the building was half empty. At 7:30pm, we ordered drinks and waited 20 minutes for all drinks to be delivered to the table. From there, it took 45 minutes from ordering food to actually receiving our food. There were multiple mistakes in our order that we were charged for as well. The food itself was cold, as if it was sitting out for a while before being brought to the table. We paid the check and left at 9:05pm (It took 1 1/2 hours for drinks, the food, and the check).
I am extremely disappointed with our experience, as it was a birthday dinner and the slowness of service canceled all other plans for our night. On top of all this, the tab for every person at the table was at least $30 or more, which is ridiculous for the quality of food and service that we received.
In addition to all of this, the family of someone in our party was sitting at a different table, and complained about the service and temperature of the food as well. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I come into jersey from bklyn do my shopping and straight after that my first thought is let's go to BWW. The place is enjoyable always great service everyone's always friendly starting from the management as well it extends to the waitresses and bartenders love this place??????

Today, customer service was terrible and rude because I ordered something normal for my kids, such as apple juice and mayonnaise. I waited 30 minutes for them to bring it, and it never came. I always come to this food store in Buffalo because they have good employees and food. So, I was disappointed today. Thank you
I ordered 10 boneless wings with fries, and a crispy chicken sandwich. No fries, and no veggies, just the wings and the sandwich. So few items, yet order is still wrong.

I did pick order and Josh made my day and order amazing from placing my order to pickup! He made sure my order was right and was super nice! I go to this BWW all the time since it’s my local one and after my experience I will always just go to this one! Josh def needs a raise cause he is the best!
