I am a local resident and have been visiting this Burger King for many years. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service at this location have been declining for quite some time. On multiple occasions, I’ve received stale or sour fries, cold food, or fountain drinks that taste like plain water with no flavor.
Yesterday (around 6 PM), I went through the drive-through and was greeted with an unwelcoming “hello” from the young attendant. Her tone was rough and rude, and when I reached the window, her attitude was so intimidating that I felt uncomfortable. Despite saying “thank you” multiple times, I received no acknowledgment or response.
What’s most disappointing is that this lack of courtesy and professionalism isn’t limited to the drive-through. The front counter staff, particularly a young male Hispanic employee, also displayed the same dismissive and rude behavior. It’s disheartening to see how basic customer service skills — simple respect and common courtesy — have completely disappeared at this location.
As someone who has supported this Burger King for years, it’s truly sad to see it fall so far in both food quality and customer service. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both the training and the attitude of the staff.

Maybe this place needs their drive thru menu PA system re-done, bc when I made my order, the employee couldn't understand me. So, I seriously spoke louder & slower the 2nd time around so they'd understand. Get to the window and the cashier snatches my card out of my hand, ummm, so I snatched all mines back too ☠️. Don't be rude to customers bc you can't understand on your end. You get the energy back you put out.

Just got home to enjoy our meal qnd it's all wrong. The first issue was rhe chicken fries we ordered 8 the circled 8 but only gave us 4. Then we go to the burgers. I ordered all without pickles and got pickles on 2 of the 3 and my bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. Then we got cheesytots that were not cooked and old onion rings. I then tried to call to have my order redone qnd u can't get an answer...Really sad

Drive up window service is very nice but Managers need to teach those sandwich maker's how to make sandwiches!! Sunday 12:30p, they messed up my fiery chicken wraps and it seemed sabotaging to me!! Just follow the rules on how to make wraps. What's so hard about that????? One bad employee can ruin your whole business.
The employees don’t know how to greet people, they use regular patties for whoppers, also cashiers have tried giving me half my order saying they gave me everything, the store should close down or get new staff that care.

During my visit to the Linden Burger King, I received prompt and courteous service from a shift manager. His exceptional customer service continued until the end of his shift, including providing additional condiments as requested. However, subsequent service from a second shift manager, Ashley, was unsatisfactory. While my initial order was fulfilled, she refused my request for additional condiments with my second order, stating I had already received sufficient condiments. Despite explaining this was a separate order, my request was denied. My concern is not the lack of condiments, but rather Ashley's demonstrably poor customer service, which has been noted by other patrons. Her apparent dissatisfaction with her role and interactions with the public requires a lot of attention. I require immediate resolution to this matter. Otherwise, I will be forced to seek alternative business arrangements. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Came in for a quick bite; stayed a bit longer to enjoy the decor…. At a BK!!!! Some may say it’s outdated; but it felt like I was eating modern fast food in a 60s time capsule. I enjoyed the displays, the glass case, and the staff was very attentive. Again no major complaints and a new stop to show next time I am in town with the kids.

Horrible place horrible service. I had to use three different codes and I lost my coupon offer because they couldn’t get my code correct and they refused to fix it. Would never go back horrible Service the manager was even worse than the employee.
RAW FRENCH TOAST I AM DISGUSTED! I will NEVER buy from this location NEVER AGAIN. I would give a 0 if I can and I may even report this. I WISH I could post the picture SMH.
