It's a good spot in terms of food but they have a repetitive issue of getting order wrong. I don’t understand how I order a chicken cutlet sandwhich and I say with everything on it: “lettuce, tomatoes, onions & Mayo”. I literally say this twice over the phone and still get a chicken cutlet parmigiana which doesn't have any of those ingredients. And the worst part is you go and tell them nicely, hey this isn't what I ordered and they look at you like you're bothering them. No apology, no accountability, just a face with an attitude. They eat with the food and turn their backs on you.
