Food was absolutely HORRIBLE. Soggy fries tasteless stale burgers and very dry. Mozzarella sticks were definitely stale snapped like a cracker. Soda machine needs more syrup bc all my sodas tasted like seltzer (and they were coke) the look of the loaded fries looked old. My first and last time ordering from here.

I went to this place last night at 11:41 PM on a Saturday Night and the workers claimed they were closed. They were not. On the website it says they are open until 12 AM. When I told them that, they claimed that that’s not in effect until Monday. Which is most definitely a lie, the hours showing it’s open until 12 AM are posted on Google AND the official Checkers Company Website. Don’t come here and waste your time as the workers might not even serve you during open hours.

Cashier 1 DS231 on 10/26/2024 at 1:21 PM provided exceptional service. He was able to assist with obtaining the proper burger according to my preferences demonstrating knowledge in his work. In addition, he was kind and ethical throughout the process. Interesting was how he was aware of the business background and differences between corporate and franchise locations when I mentioned I was from Florida. Thank you for a positive experience and great burger!
