Clean and welcoming...I was greeted by the friendly manager at the door who also began searching up my order and packing it.
I was then graciously assisted by the personable and professional Shanyce G. as she knowledgeably answered my questions about menu items while I waited.
I also appreciate the assistance of the person who finished packing my order (this occurred at roughly 11:30 on 10/6/2025...I write this so they get credit but because I also don't like describing people by race and/or perceived gender).
Positive experience! Would come back!

Don’t go for breakfast. Was across the street at Home Depot. Ordered at 10 and got to the store at 10:20 the mobile check in didn’t work so I waited in the line until I got to the window was then told breakfast was over. I explained the situation and that I was here before breakfast was over but the line was long. All I got was a shoulder shrug and told I would be refunded. 3rd time this has happened and has only happened at this location

Anthony C and an Asian male server provided kind, catered service to me and my group of friends. We had an intern from Iowa eating with me and My colleagues and Anthony graciously took a picture of all four of my friends while we were eating. It was a special moment and we were able to capture it thanks to Anthony willingly taking our photo. He checked up on our group multiple times offering water refills and making sure we were satisfied with our meal. He took our trays at the end of our meal as our group continued to talk and say goodbyes to our intern at the table. He truly made the moment easy and special for us. I cannot thank Chick Fil A enough for such kind service members like Anthony C and the Asian fellow who I didn’t catch his name :(

This is probably the worst chik fil a I have ever been to in my entire life. I have never sat in line at a Chick-fil-A and watch for employees talk while the line grows longer and longer moving at the slowest snail pace not asking for a name no thank you no here you go. Have a nice day just poor service by a chik fil a.
