Excellent place with affordable food! We come from New York City for these great deals and delicious meals when we’re in NJ. The wait time might be a bit, but you’re guaranteed a fresh meal. The chicken meal with the rice and fries is always tasty, not too much salt, just enough for those with specific health needs. There’s a good portion size and great sauces that they give. Your meal will literally be steaming hot, it can be packed or slow and you’d have the freshest meal. Worth the wait and travel, for less than $20 you can’t go wrong if you have a family to feed for dinner or you want a simple meal for a lunch.
Very appreciative of the server Natalie who always makes the visit a good one. Since we come from so far, quality matters, but Natalie makes every visit worth it. She’s extremely fast, and very kind! It can be super late, slow, or busy and she’s always working hard and serving everyone’s needs. She’s my go to girl at the restaurant, you can’t ask for a better server. I highly recommend going to her for all your needs at the store. She’s very knowledgeable and accommodating, never hesitates to go the extra mile. She’s the biggest reason we have the meal a try, and we haven’t stopped going back since! They’re worth the tolls we have to pay. Always happy to support them!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I hadn’t been to Chop Spot BBQ in over 3 years, and I’m truly disappointed by how much it’s gone downhill. There were flies everywhere, and I saw one of the staff dragging a large container of raw chicken from the back to the front—totally unsanitary. The owner, an older woman, was rude and unwelcoming. To top it all off, the food made our stomachs upset. Really disappointed with the experience.
Never more I will buy from this place again I always have bought 16 oz ribeye mid rare ,sometimes is good, sometimes is bad , but today was horrible small ,thin,only fat ,meat was burned ,tough and taste like spoiled I don’t even know if it’s really ribeye I threw it away

This place is amazing, delicious and extremely friendly. Had the chop spot burger with a drink and coffee. Everything came put on time, delicious and a very friendly environment. The only heartbreak came when on a $16 bill I left $4 tip. However when I walked up to the front to pay the bill to the owner, she charged me an extra 15% because I sat down to eat. It wasn't the $2.49 that breaks the bank, BUT I would have liked to know ahead about this charge and also who is this 15% going to ? Is it part of the tip or does this go to management?? With that said this place is amazing, delicious and definitely will be coming back. Thank you all for the delicious food.
