This small joint rocks! Their BBQ is out of this world, not to mention the various bitings (especially the piping hot beef empanadas). I only wish they had a better hot sauce....

I called to place my order & they never answer the phone. I drive there to order in person & the girl picks up the phone as I'm about to tell her my order to take an order while I'm left waiting again to give her my order being that was really rude. I looked at her & I said I'm standing right here in person & you pick up the phone order before me? I left & decided to go to Craven BBQ which is the best decision I made. Craven BBQ was quick to take my order & were very professional. The food was amazing too! Don't go to Chop Spot BBQ if you want to be ignored! This was the second time I had to drive there to place my order but it will definitely not be a 3rd time. Bye-Bye Chop Spot forever! I will make sure my family & friends don't go there too!

POOR customer service. They act like you're not paying for your food. They USED TO BE GOOD. Not anymore. You ask for sauce or something and they ignore it. Just see the reviews rating, 4.5 back in the day and 4.0 now. Pretty sure is gonna keep coming down.
