Placed an order, come to find out the food isn’t ready by the estimated time. Charged me before and now wont give refund because they have begun to cook it but wont be ready until an hour later i placed my order . If i knew that i wouldn’t have ordered there in the first place.

I just went to place a takeout order and the lady at the counter, apparently not in the mood to work, makes gestures and has a very arrogant attitude. First time here and what a terrible service to order takeout nothing more.
