Manager Gabriela and staff are amazing! They pay attention to detail, as a first time customer at thie location I’m impressed!
Whoever the owner is needs to get rid of their manager Gabriella! I don’t know who in the right mind would ever hire such a rude, unprofessional, disgusting person to assist in running this store. I witnessed that Not only is she nasty to customers but is horrible to her staff as well. Talks to them like garbage. Not a good look to be the front face of this Dunkin. You can tell she was more focused on a male worker than her actual job. You want business to pick up, she needs to go.

Terrible customer service, always with a bad attitude, especially at night. The lady is worse than the guy at serving, always with attitude, complaining, and always making you wait to order something. I think they don't like their jobs.

Gabriella, the manager, was very unprofessional in her management. My order was incorrect, and I was overcharged. This has now happened more than once. On top of that, I didn’t receive the doughnut I ordered, and the overall customer service was poor, with staff showing negative attitudes.

They need another worker . I ordered one drink and a hash brown, and it was at least 30 minute wait and when I tried to ask for it the guy gave me a really bad face and told me to wait.

I just went to buy something at the store. The male cashier was so rude. My husband forgot to give him my phone to scan it on the app. When we showed him the phone to scan he just walked away without saying anything. They all ignore us, when I ask one of them she said it's too late. I told her that I realized its to late but he could have at least tell us that instead of walking away. None of them apologized what what they did.This particular cashier always have attitude.
The employees are unprofessional and get mad if you ask for something else when they get your order wrong.

ATTENTION Dunkin!!!!! I love going to this place especially because of all the DDs here I like how they prepare the Hot Chocolate! And I always tell my partner that I think they serve more snackin bacon than other places, but what happened to us today was very annoying... I TELL YOU!! We arrived at this DD and ordered two snackin bacon, a hot chocolate and a Macha latte. The person who served us gave us cold bacon snacks… something that had never happened to us! My partner told him that he didn't want them because they were cold and this service person replied that that's how they come, but since we are regular customers we told him that that's not the case. The service person took the snackin bacon back a little annoyed and when he returned he gave them to us BURNT!!! He also gave us hot chocolate and an “Ice Macha latte” when what we ordered was a Macha Latte… the person who served us closed the window and left…
We humbly left the place, but left disappointed by the service tonight. The funny thing about all this is that apart from eating burnt bacon snacks, the Ice Macha Latte “that we didn't order” was full of ice… 🤣😓 what a pain… I love you DD, but don't hurt my service. 💔

Warm coffee. Wanted me to pay for glass of water for child when I spend so much money on coffee there. The District Manager does not even care when you complain. Lucy Burke is totally useless. Never going back to this location. Dunkin cares less for customers it seems.
