ATTENTION Dunkin!!!!! I love going to this place especially because of all the DDs here I like how they prepare the Hot Chocolate! And I always tell my partner that I think they serve more snackin bacon than other places, but what happened to us today was very annoying... I TELL YOU!! We arrived at this DD and ordered two snackin bacon, a hot chocolate and a Macha latte. The person who served us gave us cold bacon snacks… something that had never happened to us! My partner told him that he didn't want them because they were cold and this service person replied that that's how they come, but since we are regular customers we told him that that's not the case. The service person took the snackin bacon back a little annoyed and when he returned he gave them to us BURNT!!! He also gave us hot chocolate and an “Ice Macha latte” when what we ordered was a Macha Latte… the person who served us closed the window and left… We humbly left the place, but left disappointed by the service tonight. The funny thing about all this is that apart from eating burnt bacon snacks, the Ice Macha Latte “that we didn't order” was full of ice… 🤣😓 what a pain… I love you DD, but don't hurt my service. 💔

Warm coffee. Wanted me to pay for glass of water for child when I spend so much money on coffee there. The District Manager does not even care when you complain. Lucy Burke is totally useless. Never going back to this location. Dunkin cares less for customers it seems.
