Along with purchasing my coffee I asked for a small cup of ice which they charged 1.56 cents for! I’m really appalled at that … I asked for a smaller courtesy cup and he said are you paying for it?! lol order cancelled no thanks

The lady in the drive through puts on some cologne on her hands and everything come out smelling like that and she does not respect people’s time she will be there talking while my food is ready like come on very disappointed Dunkin’

Triple check your order before you consume it and before you leave! We ordered two decaffeinated drinks (decaf coffee and herbal tea) in the evening. We were served both a caffeinated coffee (which we noticed and were able to avoid drinking) and served a caffeinated breakfast tea which I did not notice until it was too late. Unwanted caffeine can really mess with people. Please be more careful! I’m sure you don’t want to ruin someone’s night or worse cause a health issue! ❤️ In the morning when going there and ordering by app, I have had no issues, but this experience was the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve had.

I usually order ahead through the app so I don’t have to wait and no problems with the staff. But the coffee is weak at this location. The drinks are not consistent. And sometimes the instructions that you place with the order is not followed.

I finally decided to try this place today for the first time. had the worst experience ever. workers have no people skills, might as well of hired mutes. they were actually bothered that a customer came in to buy something. And according to these reviews I've read here, they are accurate 100%. Dunkin should actually hire people who want to work with good people skills.
