I always spend 30 dollar there very kind staff .Food was awesome .i saw one customer complain about water cup not selling there .so i ask them they said its store policy .so that make sense to me .its not big deal then they have water available in bottle customer can buy .

Extremely rude person at the window this morning. Do better. Get better speakers. Stay off ur phone and u might hear me saying hello for 5 minutes
So I only got one drink and a sandwich I waited half an hour they need more workers there is only 2 and the guy that there is so rude he’s focus more on other stuff than making the orders for the people that been waiting for a long time .

The Miss, on the morning shift was very overbearing. I asked her to scan my points, and she said no. There's nothing I can do. I hadn't paid yet. She just handed over my card, but she just wouldn't.....Bad gesture, I definitely don't think I'll come back, even if they offer it to me for free.

I had an unpleasant interaction at this location. Aside from not having the donuts ordered, they were unable to give me a refund or my dunkin points back. The women did not have a positive customer service about her. As soon as I walked in I was directed to the kiosk with a hand gesture and another customer walked in and because he was a regular, she took his order at the register. When I was trying to get her attention she was acting as if she was so busy with the drive through. She proceeded to give me 5 donuts that my family do not eat, at all. I wasted my time, money and points and still did not get any donuts I requested for my children, a refund or points reimbursed. I would not be going back to this location.
