Very nice spanish eatery downtown linden. They always have several choices. You can dine in the back of the restaurant. When you first walk in, it looks like it's just take out. It's byob. The service is also nice. I've indulged in this place several times, and I really enjoyed it every time! The chicken stew with Arroz con doles is my favorite.

I can't say the food is bad. It's delicious. One complaint I have is the first time I ordered a Cuban sandwich. It's a Cuban sandwich not a Dominican sandwich. There should be no mayo on it. It needs mustard. The second time I ordered a pepper steak sandwich. The menu says nothing about mayo. They still put mayo on the sandwich. Next time I'm ordering rice and beans only. I bet you they will put mayo in it.

Watch out for this place, I went today… got a medium goat stew a large beef stew a piece of très leche and a small yuca, my bill was 52 dollars , like wow never in my life have I paid that much, the meat was so salty and chewy we had to get rid of it. I think the guy at the cashier made it’s own price so be aware, Save your money. I live in New York, have gotten better Dominican food for haft the price….just happened to be in Jersey and wanted to get some Spanish food. won’t be back. The only reason why i didn’t leave the food is because I felt bad. Go somewhere else, places like this should be out of business . People work hard for their money.

I went to eat here with my family and this place has it all, great service, great food, great prices, clean atmosphere, the portions are perfect for the price, I highly reccommend this place. I loved it, best restaurant in linden, keep up the good work El Dorado. Loved it
The food felt very greasy overall, from the rice with pigeon peas to the ribs. And for my taste it is very seasoned, in addition to noticing many additives such as flavorings and flavor enhancers in its preparation.
