This location has good food. The services was great. They have an amazing all you can eat special. The sangria was amazing. Will return.

Easily some of the worst service I had in my life. Damian R must have been hungover, because I can’t imagine a normal person being that incompetent. He forgot multiple drinks and food items, and kept on lying to us about the reason as to why we weren’t receiving them. First it was the kitchen, then it was his mistake, then it was a lack of “drink runners”. A forced 18% gratuity for service that I could do better with both hands behind my back is laughable and an insult to us as customers.

I’d never go back, and anyone else should expect similar service. Our table wasn’t the only one that he gave awful service.

Hardly ever leave reviews, I work customer service so I understand having off days. But the service here was absolutely terrible. Not only did the waiter not place my order, but once it was brought to their attention, they kept mentioning that it would be discounted.. If it were that alone, I wouldn’t even leave a review. Having waited not only for my meal but the side of lemon that was mentioned three times, I finally got my food once everyone else had eaten. The server kept mentioning the discount on my meal every time they came back to the table only to find out in the check that it was a $2 discounted. On top of that, we waited over 40 mins for a beer that was ordered at the beginning of the meal and then waited for a drink ordered towards the end to the point where we just asked for the check. That’s when the waiter suddenly became attentive, telling us the drink was on the way and comped. We had already paid and he insisted on getting up a to go cup for it but after waiting another five minutes we just decided to head out. Absolutely horrible service and the bathroom was not stocked on soap or paper towels.

Be care-full with this place.. waitress will ignore you the whole time you’re there, but once is time to charge you they will INCLUDE THE TIP, even with the terrible service, they will charge you..

My husband and I decided to visit Hook and Reel for the the first ever dine in. We’ve ordered for pick up many times and decided we wanted to try their dine in experience. To say the least we were extremely disappointed. To begin once we were seated it took almost 15 minutes for anyone to come to us. By the time they got to us my 2 year old was obviously already getting extremely fussy and that’s the moment the waiter comes to our table. He stood there annoyed that our son was fussy and just rushed to get our order. I asked that the baby’s food please come out before anything else. We ordered appetizers drinks and a boil as our main dish. First comes out one of the appetizers. Then came my baby’s food then came another appetizer with our main dish. I thought appetizers were supposed to be before our main dish? Finally our drink finally came from the bar we ordered a mango piña coloda. And it just tasted like a regular one that’s fine. But once our food arrived at our table our waiter never came back. I needed a refill I had to ask a host. We had to flag down our waiter for the check and once we got it we saw there was an automatic tip. Which is fine if the server was attentive but he wasn’t even at the slightest bit. We then waited another 15-20 minutes he never came to collect the payment we had to flag down another server to complete the payment. I myself am a bartender and completely understand the automatic tip but it gave this server the option to never check on us because he knew regardless he would get a tip. It completely removes hospitality and was honestly an experience I do not recommend.

I did not like this place the fish was not cooked hard it was soft and gummy. The atmosphere was okay but we came for food and it was not what I preferred but of course try it for your self.

Waiter was out of touch, wasn't helpful with menu all televisions were muted when I asked to unmute they lady who controls the remote was so unpleasant.
