We had a banquet style meal here after an event with the spaghetti and meatballs, sausage/ pepper/ onion, chicken parmesan, salad, and finished the meal with coffee, tea, and cheesecake. While most of the food was tender and flavorful, some things were a little less than expected, such as the thin chicken parm that was overcooked, and the coffee which was more like something you would get at a diner. Wait staff was attentive to our needs and were friendly for the most part. I had asked for to-go containers for our cheesecake, but the wait staff was cleaning around us and picked up the food we were going to take home before we could package it. I'm sure they were eager to close, but no need to chase us off the table and remove the food before due closing.

Where do I begin? Passed by while walking my dog & it looked very beautiful. So I decided to take my GF the next day for her birthday. Food online looked magnificent, mouth watering just looking at them. The servers were nice but didn't even know 1 answer to the questions I asked in regards to the food like it was their first day. The appetizers were so small portioned & pricey. The entrees came out & were soo salty that we couldn't continue to eat. We've never had Italian food this bad. My son even said he felt like he was experiencing heart burn for the first time due to his chest feeling like it was on fire! Didn't even dare to get a dessert to sing happy birthday to my GF cause I was worried to be further disappointed. Never again.

However, be very mindful of two things as those things made our experience less pleasant: 1. They charge regular water for almost $8 for a bottle 2. They applied 20% of gratuity fee automatically, even though on their menu they said gratuity fee will be applied for party of 6 or more. We were only two people. We had two take out items but apparently they were also applied with the 20% fee. Didn't want to make a scene so we just left it at that but please be aware before deciding to eat there.

Be aware of the 20% "service charge" that gets automatucally added to your bill. When I unquiried about it, I was told that it was tip. While I had no issues with the service, it is my belief (perhaps I am old fashioned) that tips are vouluntary and the amount/percentage of the tip should be determined at sole discretion of the patron. Besides, there was still a separate blank gratitude line on the check. This was not a large party, just a dinner for two.
We had a baptism at the restaurant on Sunday, May 5, 2024, for my first born grandson. The party was supposed to start at 2:30 the food was not set out until almost 3 pm. By 3:15 the trays at the buffet table were almost empty and they were not refilled for at least 10 minutes. I spoke with the owner who made excuses for the poor service of his crew. I am in the business and the trays should never be at a buffet table empty, period.The next day, I called and texted with no response. When I left a message stating that I would leave a poor review, I finally got a return call. This was three days later. I spoke to our main contact there and she refused to let me speak. She kept speaking over me and refused my request for a partial refund. See the photos.Beware if you book any parties at this establishment!!

The food is great but the service is incredibly slow I kid you not my family and I waited over an hour to eat and get the check. In all fairness they were catering a party but I have been here before other times and it's been empty but the same super slow. Food is good but their are other options to not have to wait to eat and get the check. They are friendly but we don't come here much for this reason of slowness and the fact that they open at 4 pm if they have enough staff.
